My account is gone paid on 12/28 went to use it my library is gone and wants me to sign up for it

I have Jamzone on my iPhone and my MacBook Pro. My iPhone shows I have songs in my favorites library

Songs stop and start over

Count in numbers not appearing in Jamzone

Have problem with click track, when enabling metronome, many of the songs are not on beat in many places, its unplayable

Cannot play this song while audio is already in use by the system? What is this error message about?

Jamzone can't connect to server even when Internet connected

I pay 19.99 a month and cannot download any songs

Error message: "The song list could not load. Please connect to the internet and try again" I am connected to the internet. It is connecting in other apps and browsers. I tried re-starting Jamzone, same issue. 2023 MacBook Pro, Ventura 13.6.2; Jamzone 3.3.2

Have songs in setlist, the key has changed on some of them without me doing it, also the chords not changing properly, one song I have been playing in the key of e changed to d and I cannot get back to e with transpose buttons, extremely frustrating, need to fix this or must cancel subscription

I am a legally blind individual with no site and I'm currently trying to get the jamzone on my Windows 10 computer And now jam zone keeps telling me I'm not online on my phone when everything else on my phone is online and working fine. Used it live last night and when I click one of my songs the screen goes blue and nothing happens. This didn't happen the day before. I am using a Lenovo tablet

hi your app is mega, however on my MacBook Air (M1) if my MacBook has to restart every time this does then I have to re-download all of my playlists etc which is a tad frustrating. I did then downloaded the app to my iPad mini and this has not happened on this device is their any advice on what I could do to prevent this or is it better being used on an iPad device rather than a MacBook? This app is the best however kindest regards Paul Harvey (Pro subscriber)

A few songs have a loop in it. Gets to a point and then skips back and does a section again. I just signed up and I have no presets yet. Just played the song.

I have Jamzone on my iPhone and my iPad. My iPhone shows I have 196 songs in my favorites library. My iPad shows 160 songs in the library. I do most of my song searches and I do modifications on the phone. Is there a way to sync between the two devices so the iPhone data is also on the iPad?

Just started working with my Jamzone, Having issues with down loading songs. Tried to add to my existing set list and nothing happens. Also tried searching for other songs to add to my existing list can't down load. Says Error and to contact Jamzone by email. Would like to have support over the phone. my number (925) 783-8397

My JamZone does not play when I boot it up. I have new booth tooth hearing aids and JamZone will not play back. I can queue up a song my from library but it just shows the screen with the chords and waves but doesn’t move?

I have gone back to my older phone. Samsung galaxy s8 from google pixel 5a. Now jamzone does not connect with the internet. I have no other connective issues with other apps. YouTube works well and fast, chrome searches fast but jamzone will not connect???? Thank you. Lou Renshaw
