Really frustrating experience due to slow data transfer

The app became useless when it couldn’t play anything complaining about slow speed internet. It is a lousy excuse because the local internet has the maximum speed. The app should manage their data infra and transfer better to provide reliable audio service especially for those who pay annual membership. If this continues we will delete the app and cancel membership. Really bad.
