I have a problem with SCE DR Alerts

- App frequently freezes and requires phone reboot.

Keep on receiving a message to upgrade the app. Not been able to figure how to upgrade the app on my iphone, any suggestions?

To resolve SCE DR Alerts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SCE DR Alerts App
1. On android, goto Settings » SCE DR Alerts » click [Force Stop]

Clear SCE DR Alerts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SCE DR Alerts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SCE DR Alerts.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SCE DR Alerts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SCE DR Alerts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SCE DR Alerts
