The barcode scan does not work with the iPhone 13. I am not able to scan anything, not even the location.

So many times I find myself without time to get food for lunch. To have a market on the same floor and instant checkout is a life saver. My only gripe is sometimes the bar codes don’t scan. But the menu system works really well as an alternative. All around stable and well done app.

Camera to check into to locations doesn’t work on devices using new then iOS 16. I have a iPhone 14 pro max and on iOS 16.0.2 and can’t not check into a location. My work phone is on 15.7 and works no problem. Just letting you guys know something is up with YokePay and iOS 16+

My office just got a micro market and it’s great. Always good food anytime I want it. YokePayments is sweet. I can buy right from my phone and earn points towards free food! Free = Good

Our building has this in the vending room, does not work most of the time as it refuses to read the UPC on product. I have used Canteen vending and it worked flawlessly every time.

Using YokePayments to buy a simple vending machine item is a lengthy and buggy process that exposes way too much private data. It makes me miss the days of trying to get the dollar bill scanners to work.

This is a great app but there is absolutely no reason to have black text on a black background. I can’t see what I can’t read what I’m selecting. I will adjust my rating once this is addressed.

The system doesn’t work on sight and I can’t create an account because of network error

The card can't be added for some unknown error nor can i make keyboard go away unless i hit scan button.

Don't waste your time with YokePayments

We use this in our office for lunch items. Works well enough. However , there should probably be a loading animation / spinner after you swipe your credit card. It makes it look like nothing is happening after you swipe it. Can last up to 5-6 seconds.

Nice app! We just got a micro market at our office and use YokePayments to buy food. Really simple and easy to use. Just scan the barcode on the product and it tells you the price and you can add it to your cart and pay. Scanner is fast. Nice job!

Using multiple iPhones and YokePayments doesn’t scan the QR code. You can’t buy anything. At the moment, YokePayments is completely useless.

Hey guys. If you are on diet or try to get in shape. YokePayments will be so helpful. Of course, YokePayments , the scanner and the machines are completely garbage, but they successfully prevent you eating chips, candy and chocolate because you simply can not purchase them. You have no idea how many times I was trying to figure out how to add items and swipe my card and completely failed. But I was very happy when I left the vending room!! For the business owner, I want you sincerely appreciate your effort to help me get in shape. I wish the best luck to you and your business.

I have to create an account? I shouldn’t need an account to scan and pay for an item. I don’t need to sign in to those terrible machines that don’t work why would I need create an account here

They haven’t updated YokePayments to be able to use the correct camera focus setting for my newer iPhone. With my older iphone I was able to scan barcodes, but now i am not able to unless the barcode is far away, sometimes too far to scan. there is no zoom option either.
