Now has pop up ads in the middle of testing, some persist and cannot be closed. Extremely annoying, why allow ads that can’t be closed? Other ads pop up SPEEDTESTMASTER store seemingly automatically, also annoying. It’s as if they don’t vet ads and let whatever rogue crap run in there app, no thanks. Moving on.

The test seems real fast, the results for a low tech person as myself, are not completely self explanatory. If I pay Verizon for a 75mb speed connection , am I getting my money’s worth???.
That I was not able to learn specifically.
Where do I get that information...?

This is pretty accurate, Comcast drops from 200 Mbps 1st week, to 120’s 2nd week, 3rd week till now 3 months ago I might have got to 100 once or twice. Last mont I’m happy to ghetto over 10 Mbps. Different servets and different testing apps one paid for.

Finally an app that shows you the actual speed data is being downloaded.

Bytes Per Second does not give you an idea of how long it will take to download a file.

If you have an eMail message with an attachment size of 10 megabytes you can figure out how long it will take to download.

Really this is more an indictment of my ISP than a positive review for SPEEDTESTMASTER other than I can say it confirms what I already knew: my ISP (HN Satellite) is too slow to be useful. Can’t wait to compare my current ISP to StarLink when available!

Easy to use but after each test I have to look at a game advertisement that doesn’t close easily after the first test. With each test it gets harder and harder to close out the game ad. I understand someone has to pay for the software, I would rather have an option for an ad free experience. The test itself is easy, fun to watch and detailed. It is too bad it is tied so solidly to the advertisement.

SPEEDTESTMASTER is decent, though it seems like each different Speed Test App, like each different speed test website, they each display differing speeds. Not sure what is true and what isn’t.

I like SPEEDTESTMASTER. It works perfect fast and simple to quickly read the speed your internet signal is in your home. Besides, since it’s a simple app, it doesn’t take too much storage from my phone.

Easy to use, I can adjust the settings, and I like getting the truth for a change about my speed tests instead of what the provider gives you.

This is one of several network tool apps that I recently installed to help troubleshoot slow and intermittent disconnects. Since my IT experience lies in software, network issues are a new and intimidating area but this first network test seemed easier to understand than others, maybe due to the visual presentation. I really appreciate the evaluation of the overall performance and hope it will aid us in locating and resolving the issues we’re experiencing. Thanks for a user-friendly interface!!

This is quick! I like that it shows speeds for downloading and uploading. I needed to give this info to STARZ because my screen was black and I only had audio. This info was needed to access how to fix my laptop.

Got app to check WiFi signal at different location through my house. Took less than 5 minutes to check 4 locations. I look forward to testing when I feel our WiFi speeds are reduced.

Personally this WiFi speed test app is by far the best of its class. I’ve chosen this one out of the handful of WiFi speed test apps out there when I first started testing out the speed and over performance of my WiFi. SPEEDTESTMASTER is by far the best! But don’t take my word for it try it yourself.

This Speedtest is SO much more accurate than Ookla it’s unbelievable! And SO many “Tools” and extras! WiFi search, locate any and all devices connected to your router, Ping and Advanced Ping Tests, Game Ping Tests, Network Diagnosis, Trace Route, I mean what more can you ask for!
Blows OOKLA clean outa the water!! And I agree with another reviewer that Ookla is in
Bed with ComCast! I’ll bet MONEY on it!

Easy to use. I still have the ads. I like it shows the source of speed test results.
I.E, today my modem put my WiFi onto an unsecured network instead of my home secure source WiFi.
I don’t check the WiFi source on my device every few minutes. But I was surprised I was not on my home network. SPEEDTESTMASTER gives reproducible data and hasn’t been a problem to use.

Perfect for finding the perfect location for placement of WiFi extenders. Having a dual network setup at home, one standard Xfinity and the other a VPN for streaming as I recently “ cut the cable “ and placed Fire TV Sticks in every room it is important to get it right. It is amazing how just a few feet make a world of difference. I compared this to one above it by placing the extenders based on their numbers. SPEEDTESTMASTER had the best performance.

This is most comprehensive and versatile speed test I have encountered. I like having the option to change the measurement values and the details provided on the detail page are the most inclusive I have seen to date in a speed test app. I find the reading history very useful and I would definitely recommend SPEEDTESTMASTER to anyone who is looking to track their internet speed. 👍🏼👍🏼

Super fast and easy test to run! Husband ran the same test an hour later and received close to the same results so we took turns running the test and for the most part our results mirrored one another from great to not so great and finally back up to great again...this is a really easy test to run (click once on start)...easy to understand! Go for it it’s worth having!
