App seems to update location only every 30-60 minutes. Can’t track him anymore.

We cannot hear the SOS call from my son's tablet we just subscribed to via Pingo and Findmykids apps. Please advise what to do.

my sound around the kid only lasts for a couple of seconds or sometimes a minute. But I paid the app for a year and paid again for another unlimited listen sound around the kid. why is it like this?

the sound app does not open,it does not allow me to open the voice application to hear the voices around

I cannot see in Findmykids the sound around kid (that microphone) option in the app. Also my wife bought the one year supscription and sent me the code but it looks like I need to pay as well??

I get a message that says the server is not available is not working. Will this app ever work again?

The sound around will only connect for 10 seconds at a time. It use to stay open until I closed. Very annoying to constantly have to jeep pushing the 🎤.

I have three children connected to the app. Location for one child is consistently wrong. She is at home with me and the application shows that she is about 1 km away and next to location tag there is a sign saying 47 km/h but not moving?

Childs phone doesnt show location, but when they return home it shows the route they have been.

Location went horrendous towards the end of last year, the app must work as I can hear the Sound Around The Kid part of the app no problem!??????

Same days ago de app is not working well, it lost the connection with my child's phone, Only the chat is working. I restared the phone, clear the app, and download again. Work during one day, then starts all again, problem is still the same. Not working.

App was working fine until we returned from holiday abroad, now it constantly says childs phone offline but its not but was able to track them and the battery level until this morning, now not working at all. Subscription renewed end of August. HELP - at my witts end! Thinking of finding another similar app as have had too many problems with this!

I cannot track my son. It says "The server is temporarily unavailable". When I click the option to "Update", it does nothing. This has been happening for 2 weeks.

Loaded app 5 times and it failed each time. iPhone SE 2020 and Apple Watch SE. If your team could work out a better set-up procedure you would have thousands of new customers. The one time the app loaded correctly, it could not find the kid's Apple Watch. I deleted apps and tried again. Pingo Watch failed to load. Delete all apps, start over. Tried adding new child, failure again. If your support team can get this working, I'd be your biggest advertisement online and spreading the news.

Hi. The app in my child new phone, redmi note10 continuing to ask for changes on the setting but when I open it don't do anything. I try to reinstall it from scratch but nothing happened. What I can do?

I bought the monthly subscription specifically for the ambient listening function which doesn't work unless the phones are within 2 ft of each other. I had to reconnect the phones 4 times. I barely made it through the first conversation about this app and what it is for. Imagine how awkward the subsequent efforts have been. I had high hopes for this app since the free version will show real-time locations. I am very disappointed and probably won't get my money back despite the fact that the app has not worked as promised right out of the gate. I contacted the developer in Play and got no response. It seems to have a lot of bugs to figure out before it can be the app it claims to be.

Apps not working is saying child been at home since the 28th which he hasn't location is on phone is charged I'm paying for an app that has stopped working!!

Paid for subscription but it is not working. I have an email proving payment but when I open the app it still says I need to buy a subscription?! Tried deleting and reinstating but no better. Feel like you’ve taken my money but not delivered!!!!

Keeps saying watch of line, I can till call the watch and the watch can call out but the tracking won't work.

When opening app nothing is happening been working fine up till now and then the app doesnt load

Has worked fine for ages. Now opens and asks me to connect my child. Can’t get to my original screen showing all my kids

The app doesn't refresh the location unless I send a message to my child, but even then I can't see the live location. Unless this can be sorted, I'm going to cancel my subscription.
