This new version of BloodHorseMagazine only has "download all or delete all" and doesn't even download new issues consistently. There is no download progress bar to know if a download is complete. This is a crazy design. I either have to let it fill up my iPad or constantly download ALL issues so I can read the current one. Not all of us have high-speed internet. Very poorly thought out decision to go with BloodHorseMagazine vendor. For those of us that travel frequently and catch up on our reading on airplanes, this recent upgrade, or l should say, downgrade is a disaster. Three attempts to get an answer out of tech support have yielded nothing. Very disappointed in Bloodhorse. Please replace BloodHorseMagazine with a proper magazine app and not something designed for another purpose.
I have had enormous trouble trying to verify my subscription and setup a user account. It will as an app eventually if I hit the little wheel offer to reset my purchases. I did purchase an individual issue and a years subscription and BloodHorseMagazine is downloaded on both my iPads and my iPhone. This has just become a problem after 2 months of fully enjoying this lovely magazine.
Judging from the questions I see in your help section this is a continuing problem for many of the apps users.
I like BloodHorseMagazine , but must admit all I use it for is getting the weekly magazine.
BloodHorseMagazine is user friendly and hardly any issues during the interface. I never miss an issue thanks to the notifications and any special content that the tablet platform offers is amazing. Will always be a subscriber to the Blood-Horse. Itβs simply the best for anyone interested in horse racing!
Like BloodHorseMagazine but needs minor thing to make it almost perfect. Would love to see the option to select black or sepia background with white letters in a reading mode. But not big deal, because I like to zoom in too.
This streamlined and interactive magazine app delivers the world or horseracing in a beautiful, functional and streamlined way....with links to races, pedigrees and ads, as well as with resources and statistic information not included in the printed version. Love it! Get it!
