For a bank that makes millions of dollars how do they have an app this bad. Not only do I have to log in with a physical password everytime(no face recognition) it also asks for my company ID every single time. And guess what, if you leave the app for even 10 secs to do something else, it logs you out and you have to do it all over again! Then when Iโm actually in the app, my balance just doesnโt show, itโs always โN/Aโ. Then the employee at the bank says that their personal banking app is better, open an account and you can see your business balance there quicker. No, Iโm not opening another account with you as a band aid for your awful app. Biggest joke of a banking app Iโve ever seen.

Why not name the fields the same on the mobile app as the website? Also, it would make sense to require the user to enter the information in the same order as the website. The website requires: CompanyID, LoginID, then the next screen is Password.
The mobile names these fields completely different on UI and the data required is in a different order.
Extremely confusing for the end user.
