First Merchants combined the business and personal mobile banking apps and this Business app is no longer used. This app does not inform the user when you try to use it. It just tells you your USER ID is wrong. I wasted an hour trying to make it work. Other people
had the same experience. It would be nice for the app to be updated to notify users not to use it any longer.

For a bank that makes millions of dollars how do they have an app this bad. Not only do I have to log in with a physical password everytime(no face recognition) it also asks for my company ID every single time. And guess what, if you leave the app for even 10 secs to do something else, it logs you out and you have to do it all over again! Then when I’m actually in the app, my balance just doesn’t show, it’s always “N/A”. Then the employee at the bank says that their personal banking app is better, open an account and you can see your business balance there quicker. No, I’m not opening another account with you as a band aid for your awful app. Biggest joke of a banking app I’ve ever seen.

Field Names in App Login and Field Order

Why not name the fields the same on the mobile app as the website? Also, it would make sense to require the user to enter the information in the same order as the website. The website requires: CompanyID, LoginID, then the next screen is Password.

The mobile names these fields completely different on UI and the data required is in a different order.

Extremely confusing for the end user.
