Aura Frames Status

App quits all the time! Useless!

My Aura app closes after about 3-4 seconds.

The app opens but while I am trying to use it it just shuts down usually in about 3 or 4 seconds

installed Aura app successfully, I assume. When I click on the app in my android phone, it doesn't provide an Aura Home Screen. I seem to be stuck on the set up page. I am already connected.

Aura frame has been connected with my Wi-Fi for five months. Fine when light went out at night; would not connect next morning. I have tried several times. All other devices are ok.

Frequently crashes.

I cant get out of my previous wifi address even tough I follow directions. I click and it takes me to my previous wifi

My Aura frame and app are not connecting to the Cloud. Is there a cloud server outage?

My frame suddenly stopped showing the pictures. Says it’s connected. But is saying download pictures. The app seems to be glitching

My frame suddenly just stopped. I am unable to connect to it with my cell phone and when I tried to sign in to my Aura account to check on it, my password is no longer valid for some reason and when I try to reset the password, no email link is ever sent to my email so that I can reconnect. This thing is just over a week old and I can't believe that the price of them they don't work a little better. Very frustrating and disappointing.

My frame is not showing pics anymore just shows stock photo and says connected please add photos from aura app. Tried to unplug and plug back up still no change. What can I do?

Logs out from time to time Reboots randomly, sometimes like every 30 min

When selecting a photo to delete the app crashes. Tried restart. using iOS 16.1.1

My aura frame flickers on and off when plugged in. I cannot get it to display anything

My Aura frame disconnected from wifi, and will not reconnect. I am on 2.4 GHz and it just continues to try with no luck. I am frustrated! Ive followed all of the trouble shooting suggestions to get it reconnected and it goes through all the steps just to say not able to connect. Please advise if there is anything else I can try! I paid $350.00 for this thing!!!

App not working

The Aura app for all four of my frames keeps freezing and I can’t edit or add pictures. I close out and it lets me do a few and then freezes again.

My Aura keeps freezing. This is new. Was working fine until a few days ago.

I was invited to put pics on a friends frame. The app continuously closes before I can chose any pictures to send. It will not stay open. So disappointed.

When I attempt to add photos to a friend's Frame from my frame's photos sometimes it works, but sometimes the thumbnail in the final step shows the wrong photo. Going ahead brings up an error message. I am using an android phone.

When my daughter in law tries and sends me a picture on my I phone aura app…it just keeps spinning trying to load…

Aura for iOS keeps quitting. Has become impossible to use. Deleted and reinstalled. Didn’t fix.

Occasionally my pictures are to dark to view. What is wrong and what do I do about it

My frame has lines all over the right of the frame and on the bottom. cannot see any of the photos in the right side. I need a replacement frame. Thank you.Sallie Kisella
