I am on Brazil level 3 and ever since the newest update, every time I try to click on the level to play it crashes! It was fine with no problems at all until this newest update. I tried to click on technical support in the game but it doesn’t work. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!!!

The game is CRAP now after the last update! I can’t even open or play the 2nd level on world 3 because the game crashes & shuts down. That’s just one of several other places that it has crashed, but the most frustrating bc now I can’t advance any further! 😡

I have been taken twice now with this game! Can’t get technical support and now I am owed for two purchases! Not a food game when you can’t get technical support! Will no longer make purchases until they give me all they owe

I had originally bought and played this game on pc and i enjoyed it on there, so i downloaded the mobile version on my phone. I bought some special offer gold coin packs and received them without issue, but the last two packs i bought they charged my account but i didnt receive the in game items. Im really annoyed by these issues and would like my in game items.

I've installed and reinstalled this game twice now. It keeps glitching out and kicking me off when I haven't even gotten the chance to play it. Would not recommend this game when you can't even play it.

Love this game but since update it crashes and closes when you try to open! Please fix so we can play! Will increase stars when I can play again

Was working great till update version of the game now when you go to decorate your rooms you can’t see any upgrades.

I love this game and have finished all the levels. I wish they added more so you don’t just finish the whole game. It’s pretty easy to do. That’s why I looked forward to the tournaments. Well the tournaments won’t show up on either one of my devices now, despite getting notifications for them. I contacted support and they told me to use the in-game support, but that feature doesn’t work either. I also can’t connect to Facebook and they told me that was just a problem some players had. I’m not sure why they won’t fix any problems. It’s pretty pointless for me to play this anymore and I don’t really want to continue supporting people who are so unwilling to fix their app.

I really like this game, but when you get to the second set of levels it is impossible the to beat unless you pay money to get gold to buy power ups. I am REALLY good at time management games and enjoy some difficulty but I refuse to pay a ton of money on a game so this one will just get deleted.

Game has been, no problems. Then the update happened. Now I’m at day 7 in Japan. For about a day, when I try to play that level, it freezes at the shopping screen - telling me to upgrade my sushi stand. I’ve restarted multiple times to no avail. Tried clicking on app support & it brings me to a page not in English!

I enjoyed the first game, so I decided to try the second one. I made the mistake of misreading their 1 DAY ONLY SALE and paid $6.99 for I thought would be unlimited lives forever. (The first game is a 1 time pay for unlimited lives.) Turns out it’s just unlimited lives for 24 hours. I feel greatly cheated out of $7 dollars. Especially since I still think the first game is better 🤷‍♀️

Overall though, the game is still pretty decent game play-wise. If anything, I feel like they’ve made all of the levels much more difficult so that you’ll be inclined to put money into the game to win. But other than that, it’s decent.

I actually like the games, but once you complete all the levels, that’s it! Other games continue to add levels and I’ve played these other games for years. But the sugar games don’t! I love the challenge competitions in this app on the weekends. But that’s the only time I play that game.

The game itself is fun and was working fine when I downloaded it onto my iPad mini 4 but now I can’t play at all, it continually shuts down. It was fun while it lasted.

I love the house remodeling aspect of this game. Levels can be challenging, but the game allows you to earn money for helpful upgrades. Minus one star for bugs that cause the game to crash.

This is a great fun game don’t get me wrong...however at times I feel bullied into paying for extra hearts, gold or diamonds just to enjoy the game. I even spent some money to get more gold but that was enough to buy one upgrade 😲 wow. Next I spent some more to upgrade speed right. She was walking and assisting faster right now all of sudden she’s slow. So long story short it’s fun but. I feel like they adjust the game over time to make you spend more.

I loved the first one and just finished the second one. It is such a stress reliever without any anxiety from the time management. We had the wedding, then the house, is a baby next?? Come on creators we need another!

I love this game & the graphics! So much fun! I don’t mind the ads.

Can’t put it down.
