An insult to employees

Slow to load, refresh, and navigate, this software is a barely functional disaster of terrible design and planning. I can only imagine such a dumpster fire was spawned from an attempt to spend as little as possible to replace another broken system, which was also intolerable, yet somehow better than the infuriating high school coding project that is this application.

Any company that accepts this as a proper tool for employees to use is directly insulting you. “You are not worth the money, your needs are not worth thinking about. Take this broken hammer and figure out how to build something in our name.”

Low quality poor performing app

I avoid using SAPCloud at all cost. Log in is slow, majority of the time I have to kill SAPCloud , because it is hung and unresponsive from last session. Scrolling is poorly designed with multiple internal windows that scroll. Will not allow touch dialing of numbers, except for the main number (ie cant call a mobile number). App must block copy function, because it won’t allow me to copy the phone numbers to paste into the dialer.

Cannot Sign in

SAPCloud Cannot sign in and will not let me reset password.

Cumbersome

Not user friendly. Stops working then needs to be deleted and reinstalled.

A slap in the face

Buggy, inconsistent, unreliable. Face ID was the one feature that made this product tolerable, and it was removed.

App no longer loads

App no longer loads and I cannot navigate to a support portal to create a ticket

Buggy, slow app- only works on iPad

Not great for iPhone- always buggy and latent. Sign on difficulties, doesn’t consistently work the same way.

Just make it user friendly please.

One visit with a field team would make huge progress with writing SAPCloud. #consider

SAP is terrible

SAP is a terrible user experience.
I would rather mow a golf coarse with scissors than use SAP.

Horrible app and product

Waste of time and money. SAPCloud isn’t customizable and doesn’t show everything needed to do ones job. Every quarter they update that program and app taking away something useful and making it harder or more complicated to do what you need to do. Menu choices constantly get moved all the time. Pure junk and horrible support.

Joke of a software system=feels like DOS from the 80's

Sloooowwwww, inaccurate, and outdated to name a few!
It might as well have a blinking cursor like the old DOS system. Can't believe anyone would think this is a suitable system for a FORTUNE 500 COMPANY! What is that saying....."you get what you pay for!"

Slow, too many clicks, garbage time and date selection implementation

SAPCloud should be called ‘the button moves right when you try to click it because it actually wasn’t done loading after flashing 4 times then pausing until you thought you should click.’

New 2020 iPhone SE. by far the slowest app I have.

My company’s implementation has it set up such that it takes 10 clicks to enter time for 1 time entry not including the 9 to get to the time entry screen and the 4 to create an entry. The 9 does include opening and logging in. Is this expected for end user?

Why can’t we have native iOS time/ date rolling selector interface for choosing time and date?

App doesn’t even work

I have been able to load SAPCloud for 5 consecutive uses spanning 6 days. It’s just a poorly made app that is slow and crashes a ton. It is not a professional grade application. For an enterprise based software/company, I am surprised on how horrible SAPCloud is. I would give 0 stars if possible. SAPCloud does not improve deal efficiency because it is so poorly made/maintained.

Slow!

It is surprisingly slow. Seems every button press requires a download. Near unusable

Terrible app

This is a “Dollar Store” version of sales force. It’s clunky and requires so many clicks to do one simple thing. It consistently takes 5 minutes to do a 1 minute task.

Good app

Runs well and has essentially the same layout as the desktop application.

Micro management at its best

Another tool for a company to waste money on so they can micromanage their employees

Very good and has most seamless C4c interaction as desktop. But needs more Mobile First approach in the UI design to compete with Salesforce crm app
