I cancled my subscription which is still being sent ,can you look into this for me as I can’t find a phone number for you
I wish to cancel my subscription to simply sewing as I don’t want to receive these magazines anymore. I can’t find a contact telephone number to call them and just feel I’m being conned.
I had inadvertantly signed up to get the next year`s subscription taken automaticallyThis was taken in (Dec/jan) , I phoned them when I realised the payment had been taken , and said I wished to cancel,, They told me I had cancelled from dec 2021, and I could not cancel what I had already paid. . I assumed that this was correct. My son said I should be able to cancel anytime and just pay for what I have received. Can I cancel this magazine now?
