IVE SUBSCRIBED TO SIMPLY CARDS AND PAPERCRAFT ON THE 2ND OF MARCH THIS YEAR, FOR THE MAGZINE TO COME IN THE POST. THERE WAS A FREE PAPER CUTTER/GILLOTINE THAT WAS TO COME IN THE POST ALONG WITH THE PRESCRIPTION. ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS, AS IT WAS STATED THAT THIS WAS HOW LONG THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TO COME IN THE POST. CAN YOU PLEASE EMAIL ME AS TO WHERE IT IS, AS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. THANK YOU MRS. I am wanting to cancel my subscription, how do I go about it please?
I have subscribed to Simply Cards and Crafts however every month I have great difficulty downloading the free papers etc. I have also noticed other members are having the same difficulty, having read their comments on Craft world. Please can you make it easier to find where to download the free papers and other things from so we can get on actually making the lovely cards. Thank you Lyn
Tried to cancel twice. They sent me a message to cancel.Ichecked the box to cancel. But, I am still getting charged & receiving the magazine. I need it to stop.
