As a new traveler, I asked lots of nurses what they look for in a recruiter. Dependable, honest, trustworthy, and reliable were terms I heard over and over again. Blake Pierson has been that for me and he is such a blessing. He’s very professional, timely, knowledgeable, and makes sure he gets you the best contracts possible. He checks on you during assignments to make sure you are okay and not having any issues with the facility. When it comes to compliance, Blake makes sure your resume is always up to date. For required assessments he is very encouraging and goes the extra mile providing study materials to ensure you succeed. I have nothing but good things to say about him and love working with him!

I am a first time ICU traveler and Blake Pierson with Liquid Agents has made this process so easy and exciting! I reached out to a couple agencies originally to get more details but they wouldn’t give me information without applying first. Blake answered every question immediately and was very straightforward and honest! He put my application out to several hospitals of my interest and I had an interview with a job that week! Blake Pierson is by far my favorite recruiter! As a first time ER traveler, I had many questions since the start! Blake has been able to guide me through this journey, and I have not looked back. I was able to apply to a job while waiting for my license to get approved in another state. I have soon figured that other recruiters won’t even waste time on you if you don’t hold the license first for your desired job.
