I bought this game before it worked good through the whole game I even played it 3 more times so I left and 2 years later I opened the game and clicked on a level and LEGO closed I tried it again but it just kept closing I then got mad and deleted LEGO then a few months later I tried downloading it again but this time when I clicked new game it closed it tried again and again but it did not work I got mad again and deleted it then today I downloaded it again and it still did not work! And I gave up and started writing this, also creators I’m not saying it’s your fault but fix your game please.

I have tried everything I could think of with this game. When I first went to LEGO and downloaded it, everything was fine until I got to the opening for the first level (Gotham Sewers). When the screen dimmed I thought it was going to take me to the beginning of the level, it crashed and took me back to the homepage. It tried it again. And the same thing happened. I took LEGO of three more times and still had the same problem. As a result I won’t be downloading any more apps from Warner Bros. It was a waste of money. I have read the reviews for the other Batman app and saw that a large percentage was one-Star reviews. Please check these and update more often.

I should’ve read reviews before downloading. I trusted WB to provide a good product. LEGO crashes before you can play anything. We’ve tried on multiple iPod touch 7s & iPhone 11. I’ve made sure the iCloud backup was on before opening & nothing allows it to get past the screen where you pick which version of game you want to play. I’ve tried going to app support and it takes you to the general WB website and this game is not even listed. Apple should remove this game from LEGO Store if WB is no longer supporting it and there are so many problems. I’m now weary of any WB games in the future.

This seems to be a trend with this app superhero games our family purchases from LEGO Store. First we experienced problems with the this app Marvel Avengers app crashing after the load screeI downloaded this for my kids iPads and mine...all have iOS title screen. And now this Batman app crashes right after the initial screen! Please fix LEGO so that we didn’t waste our money. These are new iPads with up to date operating systems...so this is on the developers to fix. And yes, we have cleared our cache, deleted and reinstalled LEGO , turned off and then in the iPads...although we haven’t tried blowing into them like the NES cartridges...so there is always that idea to try.

This game glitched in a 6th generation iPad software version 13.3. It is unplayable, every time I press the play or resume button the game shuts down and it kicks me out to the iPad’s user interface. I tried to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling it with no favorable result. I also rebooted the iPad. I contacted Apple support first, but they just referred me to contact the game developers so, I contacted Warner support by email and after 4 emails I was told that no more steps were left to tried to resolve my issue and I was referred to Apple Customer Service to get a refund which I was unable to get because the time of the game purchase. I know that even after you read the reviews you will still be tempted to buy it, I did and look where it got me! I will recommend Roblox instead of this game but be aware of the age rating. Roblox might be glitchy too but at least is playable and it’s free!

This message is for the developers. What are you guys doing to correct this crashing problem. I paid for the game and now can’t even play it. You tap the game, it goes into a black screen and the crashes bringing you back to the main screen.
I read other reviews to see if this issue was resolved for anyone else but didn’t see even one response from the developers.
It’s not fair that you put out a product that doesn’t work but don’t do anything to resolve the issue for 100s of people having issues.
I tried offloading and reinstalling LEGO . That didn’t help. Deleted the whole game. That didn’t help. Powered off the phone and retried. No help.
PLEASE HELP!!!

I joined and it kicked me out, then I joined again and it worked. That was the least of my issues. When I actually PLAYED the game the cutscenes were black screens with subtitles. After the cutscene the screen would turn black with no sound and I would have to close out LEGO completely and rejoin. After a while I realized that I could skip the cutscenes by double tapping the subtitles at the bottom of the screen, however a problem occurred with that too. I’m at the ninth level and I complete it, but a cutscene comes on… the cutscene had no words spoken in it, there were no subtitles for me to double tap and skip the cutscene. The screen remained black when the “cutscene” was over and no audio was heard. So I close out LEGO and restart it but it says I didn’t complete the level. I have been stuck on the same level, I have been stuck with the title screen mocking me, saying I’m 9.5% finished with the game. When I played the levels themselves, they were entertaining and there weren’t any glitches but now I can’t play anymore. Download LEGO if you want to pay to play 9.5% of a game.

I love this app games and even the mobile ones. I bought three a while back. this app Marvel Superheroes, Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, and Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin. All of them mobile. For a while none of them were supported for iPhone X. Until not too long after this app Marvel Superheroes was supported. Yay! But the other two still haven’t been. And it has been months since this app Marvel Superheroes was updated. And the iPhone X has been out quite a while now for most apps to catch up. I really hope I didn’t waste my money as I can’t ask for a refund. Nothing said that it wouldn’t be playable on the iPhone X. It just didn’t say “not supported” like most games that can’t be played on iPhone X. Or for those that do mention “not supported” usually just mean that the game IS playable but not supported to the full screen of the iPhone X. Just please update Batman 3 and Shadow of Robin.

I know my grammar isn’t the best, I barely paid attention in English.

But I want to clarify that I’m 17 and not some young kid who thinks everything is bad.

There a total of 3 problems that need to be fixed

One being that Story Characters need to be purchased with studs which makes no sense as in the NDS/PS they were a playable character in Freeplay/Free Roam.

Second, why does Red Bricks Cost 1 Million? In the NDS/PS version, They were like around 200K(2x) - 1,000,000(8x) That is an absurd amount of Stud collecting.

Third, Whenever I Swipe down to check the time or Device Percent the music plays even though I turned it off, also when a boss battle starts the music is annoying as I can barely hear anything the characters are saying.

After beating this app Batman: DC Super Heroes , I wanted to play another this app Batman game so I went to LEGO Store and found this game. I thought it looked really fun and brought it. After letting it download, I went to open the game and it loaded, I clicked new game, then when asked for controls, I clicked classic. It stared loading but then crashed after a few seconds, I tried again and it did the same thing. I deleted it then
re downloaded the game. It did the same thing . I deleted it again, powered off my iPad and re downloaded the game for the second time.

So now I don’t know what to do because I paid $4.99 for a game that won’t open

Would rate five stars but certain missions when you complete or go in it kicks you out and you have to go back in I had restarted the game and went to the same missions but it kicks me out and I wish it could be fixed and I could give it five stars the game is fun but that’s just a very big issue that make playing very hard
When it’s patched I’ll come back and give it five stars if i hope you see this and respond back or patch this glitch

So what I mean about ehh it’s because first the graphics are not that good I mean the story’s good but when you finish their is nothing really to do in the Xbox version of this game you can go into a world and use cars do races and also it has dlc packs and the mobile version doesn’t but it’s good but just like why when you want to buy characters it’s expensive but the story is the same but yeah it’s good for a mobile game.

It’s a really fun game however before I was having problems with the game crashing now I’m having problems with the cut scenes cut scenes are black and while they do show subtitles you can’t see anything else if this bug were fixed it would be a full game also if you’re on mobile and you’re playing with the PlayStation controller connected to your phone then somethings will not work I don’t recommend it

Hello developers of this app BATMAN 3: BEYOND GOTHAM,
I wanted to let you know that the game is not working because every time Im starting a new game then it just kicks me out of the game. I know that as a developer is a bit hard because we want updates and it’s a bit stressed full but can someone in the WB GAMES please fix this bug. Nearly all the community that bought this app BATMAN 3: BEYOND GOTHAM are having this issues and I’m one of those people in the community that is having problem with this bug. So please fix this bug🙏🙏.

I like the game but their are some problems. The level the bat monster is really hard. Even when you know how to do it. In the game, Krypto The Super Dog and Ace The Bat Hound are NOT available. You can NOT drive the Batmobile and Batbike and Batwing and batboat like in the previous game. Now to the GREAT things. When you lose all your hearts you DO NOT have to start the level over. Your character falls apart and you lose some this app studs and you have to wait a couple seconds for your character to appear again. You have a choice to buy characters with this app studs or money. And the game DOES NOT crash in our experience. All so, the game has closed caption and has the name of the character who is talking.

I really enjoy playing this game, it's so much fun! But there is one problem: when I'm playing a level and leave to go to the home screen of my iPhone, the sound shuts off (but not the music) when I come back to play. I'm not sure why, I always need to restart the game to get the sound back. If it could be fixed in the next update that would be awesome! Thank you!

I love this game, nonstop action, tons of unique characters with different abilities, great graphics, amazing. But... do you think you can make a game in this format, but with Marvel characters and abilities? That would be awesome. Just one more thing, not a lot of animation with the grapple, I'm fine if you keep it, but I don't like how every character with grapple has the same animation. I hope you read this, and maybe work on that game.

This is a great game the graphics, the characters, and sound and music. But... the custom characters need to be brought back because it’s just not the same. And also the people who have bought the game but it doesn't work for them here is my suggestion. Play the game on a iPhone 8 or 8 plus that’s what I have and it works just great! It kicked me out at first but I rejoined and it worked! Also som of the levels weren't really working properly but I just restarted them and they worked just fine. It also let me have the game free but that might be because I’ve owned it before and at that time it didn’t work but the only difference was because it was on a different device.

Thank you for delivering a great port to iOS. It has characters that rarely appear in games, which makes me happy to pay the price. I get to play as batman beyond, dark knight batman, and arrow! The controls are easy to use and the levels provide me with great replay ability. The only thing is please continue through updates to add more characters from the console like: beast boy, ace the bat-hound, and more!

Ok so this game is amazing there’s nothing wrong with it but also there’s only one glitch I found that if you go into the rooms that the statue opens in the indigo lantern level it will make it do the gates close early and making you teleport to different cages randomly
