This game could be good, but it has too many bugs.

For example, Zoey’s Tasks can be refilled using gems, but the number of gems required to refill them can go into the negatives. If you press the refill tasks button when it is negative, it will reset your gem count to zero, completely erasing all of your gems.

There are many other bugs too, most of which have less severe consequences (usually just requiring you to close and re-open LEGO ). This game is clearly unfinished.

This “game” CONSTANTLY pushes in app purchases that fill/block the whole screen with multiple windows sometimes, after almost ever “level” it’s trying to get you to buy a new car or more gems. And the game no longer gives you any in game coins from doing tricks like the original, there an energy system, levels are locked behind paywalls and jammed in your face so often they you can’t actually get the notification all the way off screen it just goes to a corner and vibrates/shakes/pulses.

Gross scummy marketing. Relentless ads. Game designed specifically to market in app purchases, some levels actually impossible without buying the gadgets.

I was definitely too harsh on the developer (you) because I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. 😅

The concept is very cool in all. However, I think you went a bit off track and you had no relation in this game to the others. It’s more story based, there are blueprints now, and everything is just so different.

I understand this isn’t a sequel to the other games, it’s just none of the origins come into this game which is a bit unexpected.

Idk what I was expecting from this, but it’s bad.

The fun is taken out of the game by making it almost impossible to lose and adding a story. You don’t get to just see how far you can get, you get to play short levels, but often only once. At a certain point you can unlock the option to “explore” each level which I’m assuming is seeing how far you can go but I’m not playing long enough to find out. You also have a limited number of times you can play before you have to wait to play another level.

The visuals are cool which is the main point of this game. Each level has you destroying buildings or other vehicles. But every level also looks exactly the same. It gets boring to look at.

There’s also micro transactions but that was also in the original

To preface this review I really enjoyed HCR2 and expected something similar from this game. I was entirely mistaken, this game has the lowest skill ceiling I have ever experienced. All you have to do is press down on the gas pedal because if you enviably flip it doesn’t matter bc it will flip you right back over unnaturally, might as well just remove the brake petal atp. I played for about 5 minutes and promptly deleted it. In addition the dialogue is abismal, nobody wants to listen to this app characters blabbering on about useless things. The UI in this game would be outdated if it was released 10 years ago, what would make the devs think it’s okay to release a game in this poor state. I truly couldn’t have been more repulsed by this game. Would rate zero stars if it was an option.

eh, it’s alright if your a kid. this game was nothing like i expected it to be and kinda disappointed me because of how generic it is. i would rate it 3/10, HCR2 will still be better. even if fingersoft is scamming all of us in HCR2. i was kinda surprised when i started the this app game and i wasn’t bombarded with offers like HCR2. i also didn’t like that you basically couldn’t die in the game, is it too hard for the crusty cheeto 4 year olds to play a this app game about driving?

I like the HCR series and I like legos so when I saw this I started playing and the issues showed up when I was collect harder to get blue prints and the blue prints started to be impossible to collect another issue is the hugs the point of the original game was to go as much as you can and the fact that the Quiz girl buttons don’t stay lit this would’ve been fine if the game didn’t have the stupid barrier either you thought you were clever or you didn’t know what was a bad idea.

I just downloaded this game and I realized that it probably just isn’t for me. If you like a story driven skill based simple mobile game, this is perfect. If you came from hill climb racing 2 and are expecting something similar, than don’t bother. Overall though, it seems like a well thought out and put together game. That is the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars.

I have always loved Hill climb racing 1 and 2 and the endless hours of reaching higher scores or grinding moon for coins. With that being said I, like many other people, believe the milk system needs to go away so we can have the freedom we once had. Also being a this app game, I think it would be cool if you could build your own car. I was disappointed when I realized you couldn’t. It’s still a hill climb game though so it gets 3 stars but the others were better.

I’ve always loved the concept of these types of games having to travel distances over hills with limited amounts of fuel. Overall the graphics are pretty good and there seems to be an okay storyline. After only playing for about 20 minutes, I found myself bored. I wasn’t interested in the story and it felt like the game had me doing to many different tasks. Sometimes simple is better and I’d love to see just more of the driving to get far type of gameplay. The game is also plagued by an energy system (the worst system to exist in mobile games). I’d suggest removing the energy system and focusing more on the basic fundamentals of the game. I do realize that it’s probably too late to change a lot about this game since it’s been released, but just thought I’d put it out there.

I would spend real money if there were no waiting on timer to run down to play again. I don’t think it’s worth the time. I don’t like to wait to play again. I would spend about $5 to play without waiting for the turns to build back up. there should be an option to do that. other than that is five stars.
Make more this app games.

I just got this game and I started playing it a lot, but it’s getting kind of boring because once I got it, I thought you could like build your own cars because it was this app but I was wrong you can’t build cars you can’t do what you want. It’s like missions and stuff and that’s all you do is missions real climber. It’s fun and it has barely any missions and you get cars very easily but this one is just a challenge.🫤

Dear finger soft and this app

As a huge hcr1,hcr2 and this app fan I thought this would be a remake of hcr2 but in this app but even though it has been 1 day since it has been released it is very disappointing from the graphics to the features. I was very excited for two of my favorite themes to collaborate but this game feels like a game designed and directed to small children and after a few races all of my friends who played the game were bored and sad and the adventure like theme isn’t adventure it is just racing like hcr2 adventure means going to the open game world like red dead redemption two and etc… this is just driving and don’t get me started on the vehicles if you had a whole map like gta 5 and be able to drive around it and discovering it that is adventure not a low quality game like this.

So finger soft I hope you can read this and acknowledge that this game is just bad and I hope that you improve almost every single aspect of the game from game play and quality.

This game is pretty fun. It’s a bit different than the previous games. It’s more single player focused from my experience, which I still have mixed feelings about. But over all, the game is pretty decent.

I would give it a 5 star rating but there is an annoying bug with the energy refill jugs where you can only have one refill jug at a time, but often a reward for completing Zoey’s tasks is 2 refill jugs but even if I have zero it never lets me have more than 1 refill jug

Love this version of the hill climb game where I can play individually. Would be a five star review if the game would stop crashing when trying to play the two bonus tracks in the mountains. Every time I run into a tower, the game crashes and doesn’t save anything from that run. Super annoying.

I’m a long time fan of hcr2, it’s the only game I’ve played for almost 4 years now. I like the combination of hc into lhca. The only things I dislike in it are

- The ability to add friends, view their progress, many teams in the future (with like team quests)

- When I click the power up button you can’t go back unless you spend all your power ups. You should be able to view them and go back to gameplay but this is not the case so I have to waste power ups on things I’m not ready to use yet.

- THE MILK JUG REFILL!!! I think it’s no fun to only play for like 30 mins until I can’t play because I ran out of jugs. Like hcr2 you should be able to play for as long as you like, with no limit. This aspect should be taken out because it hinders the potential this game could really have.

Overall I would give this a 4/5 stars and think I can live up to the hcr2 glory. Excited to see what the devs are up to for hcr3. Should be interesting.

I like the idea of the game and throwing this app in the mix is win win. The game has a really nice solid foundation.

I like to see a little more in the backgrounds with a little more this app, to make the backgrounds a little more alive.

This game reminds me of a old game and this is super fun. I love the detail and everything in the game is just fun and the game gives me so much memories and this is one of the best games I played from finger soft. 😀😀😀

This game it’s a can’t believe it came out from my baseball field trip and this is so good. I’ve never played the original version of it but when I was on TikTok, I saw this game that looks like this app Junior and I was like wait first time playing this app Junior like wow, looking for the pieces I had to have more energy

At first I thought this was going to just be a typical this app game where you build and explore, but this has more to offer. Things like side quest, building, upgrades (both permanent on the car and ones that you find on the go), and of curse racing! Also the ability to choose what missions you want to do first is what really puts this game apart form the other ones I’ve played before.

Ever since I started playing this game on iPhone, the game has claimed there were TWO residents to find in the Easy Rivers level. I tried my best to find that second resident, but couldn’t figure out where they might be hiding. Then, this latest update comes out and “Poof!” The Easy Rivers level now shows there was only ever one resident to find all along. That was dirty.

Fingersoft hitting us with another fun racing game, this time with a this app theme! I enjoy the new perspective compared to the sideways view of Hill Climb Racing 1&2. I have only spent about 30 min playing before they asked me to review but I expect I’ll be playing this one quite a bit.

Fingersoft has always been an incredible company with these games. But they really cooked this time. This game is a whole lot of fun and the amount of effort put into every mechanic shows. The Vehicle breaking mechanic is really creative, and overall I’m looking forward to my journey on this adventure!

This Game was removed a long time ago and now we got it again but I there was a few things that I didn’t see because last time you were able to customize the character in the barn and I don’t see the barn at all. So ya that’s what I think

This game rivals and in many ways bests HCR2. It’s much more exploratory and in the upper levels is more difficult than HCR2. The issue everyone has is the first few hours are very basic and slow. Initially it feels made for a much younger crowd and is way too easy until you hit some harder courses and level up your vehicles. Eventually the difficulty is very high and you’ll spend several hours trying to obtain a single goal. In terms of gameplay, you’ll find yourself changing cars, mods, etc constantly in order to reach new chests or blueprints. It’s much more free world and the 1:1 racing is significantly less of a priority than HCR2.

In the name, HCR2 has Racing and LHCA has Adventure. If you enjoy HCR2’s adventure mode, setting distance records, and especially finding keys, you’ll find LHCA is the better and more robust game. If you mostly enjoy HCR2’s cups or team events, you’ll be disappointed by LHCA. If HCR2 is Mario, LHCA is Zelda.

Give it a try, but don’t stop in the first few hours due to lack of difficulty.

This is a very good game but it does feel kinda cheap I didn’t pay for it but it doesn’t feel very high quality I have every hill climb game on my phone that’s why I got this one and if I had to pay for it I wouldn’t but overall it’s a good game but no the best

The way they used this app and one of the most popular childhood games made this perfect as soon as I saw it in the AppStore I had it pre ordered and got an exclusive skin with it! I always love when finger soft comes out with a new game this one was made perfect I can’t wait to see how the story goes along! 😆 Also how they added the cars from earlier games was just phenomenal and added some new ones made it way better. But yeah definitely a 5 star!

And I’ve Noticed Something In The Great Below A Spot For A New Location It Will Probably Be Called Cliff Climb Ravine Filled With Sharp Slopes And High Falls It’s A Very Challenging One To Find The resident For It You Must Find Diggy A Miner Who Works There In The Cliffs There’s Also A Blueprint Chest Too In It Is A giant Rock It Requires 4500 Common Bricks And 230 Rare Bricks To Build To Unlock The Deep Sea You Must Find Diver In Cactus Farm Of The Dust Bin you Will Unlock The Deep sea A Blueprint Chest With A Shark Skin For The Race Car Will Be There Too Hope You Like My Ideas 👍🏿👍🏿👍

This game is awesome I love the thoughts of making the game and when I was little I played the original version of hill climb and this app games so this game is like my dream I love the graphics of the legos and IT HAS THE BREAKS OF HILL CLIMB and the gas meters of hill climb so my ratings of the game is 10/10 because it has the characters.

It reminds me of this app junior with the straight line and car customization ill nerver forget those days when i was thanks for the memories you offered back then

I got the color for getting the game before the release and it’s amazing the color and the graphics are great I hope to see a build mode but that’s just me (I can’t finish the tutorial tonight) this was an amazing game keep up the work

I’ve been addicted to the hill climb games since the first one, and the kind of story line and quest feel of this game makes it awesome. this app being involved makes everything exciting and this game doesn’t disappoint. Very fun and a great game to pass the time!

Ive been playing this for not even like two days, and this is now one of these best games on LEGO store. I am so glad that people are FINALLY starting to make good, well thought out mobile games.

So this Is day 2 of playing and it's gone really well, the thing that I dont like is that you have to do a lot of stuff for the mk3, which I'm working on, asking if you can make the quests shorter for the mk3?

Only had it for a hour and love it already have been playing the other ones for years and this is a much awaited refresh

i never thought that my childhood game and my not-as-childhood hobby (but also childhood toy) would come together to form such an amazing app. really, the this app aspect is so perfectly integrated with hillclmb; great job fingersoft!

p.s. i have a distinct memory of my brother and i building all the cars from hillclimb out of this app as a kid (back when there were only like 12 cars), this really brought it full-circle.

This game reminds me of an older game of this when you could customize the character and the car. It was a this app game just like this but this is an updated version and it is actually fun.

I really love the game, especially the this app destruction physics, and the brick-by-brick building cutscenes. But there is one major issue. The energy bar. The feature itself is a common, bad cliche among many mobile games, but especially for a Hill Climb game, it’s just a rotten idea (no offense whatsoever to the devs, I’m still thankful that Hill Climb 1 STILL gets updates now and then, thanks guys!). Anyhow, please consider balancing the removal of the energy bar to encourage more playing per day.

This this app adaption of the very popular Fingersoft game Hill Climb Adventures is a fence-cracking video game! The best thing about it is that this is the only game I’ve ever seen with no ads!!! When I expect an ad, they don’t! LOVE IT!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just got the game and I’ve been playing it for about a half an hour and it’s awesome! However, I like to see some controller support added into the game. I’ve got a PlayStation backbone and it works with the other two finger soft hill climb racing. other than that it’s a really great game and I’m having a lot of fun.

If you go to the monster truck’s different customizations it will sometimes tell you how you can earn that customization for example: the ”skull” “sand titan” “top off” and “racing” customization tells you it can be earned from blueprints from lofty lifts but I already have earned THREE blueprints from lofty lifts and NONE of them are monster truck customizations. I’m sure this just an honest mistake. could you guys fix this? I really want those customizations overall still a really great game!
