No Option to Make a Report

I was injured by a careless driver and there's no way to report it. While still in transit there was a report option, but once the ride finished that option was immediately gone. I was going to report it as soon as ride finished. The driver review section limits what you can say, so I couldn't write the details there. Normally I love Kakao Taxi, but this has left me frustrated and the driver's actions have left me in a lot of pain.
Need a South Korea phone number to use

The App will request Korean phone number to use. Was in Seoul in business trip and tried to install on work phone. USA phone number, service provider is Verizon. Had an overseas data package active on the account, so that the phone would work overseas.
Anyhow, could not proceed past “enter phone number” page in the setup process.
FYI, almost impossible to hail a taxi without using this app in Seoul.
Very frustrating experience

Don’t expect to call a taxi on rush hour with this. Taxi drivers are free to ignore request without limit unlike uber. Just put a temporary ban on drivers who ignore more three times or something, I don’t see why can’t they just implement such a simple thing.
When uber and lyft comes in korea this app will burn in trash day one
