This is awful. You can’t even see the app to decide whether you like it, before registering. And it is one of those deceptive incremental registrations designed to steal your personal information. It has 7 (!) pages of registration with increasing privacy information. You don’t know what questions are ahead, it might be credit card information and your address. I don’t know, nobody knows. No thanks!
Wanted to check out this app, tried logging in using Google. But after I filled in my missing details, the button to continue wouldn’t work. So I went back and tried making an account from scratch, and then it told me my email already had an account. Gave you 10 mins of my time, more than enough in today’s world of apps. Lost a potential customer
Nothing more frustrating than attempting to do something as simple as updating a phone number and the app keeps force closing. It doesn’t work properly. Even trying to email support via the app was a hassle as the send button wasn’t initially showing. I had to copy what I wrote close out of the email itself and reopen it back up to send another and the button finally showed up. Way too much of a hassle.
