The weather cancellation is absolutely useless to the person that is actually paying for it. Had hailing, storms and flooding the day we were supposed to be on the yatch in Sicily and they still made me pay when we cancelled the evening before - the yatch owner said the weather was fine and they just said OK, and made me pay for NOTHING. Complete thieves and NOBODY should ever trust them.
Lack of transparency in their cancellation rules.

The platform has a nice collection of boats available but the cancellation policy is not transparent at all. You can’t see which is the policy applicable for the boat you are reserving and when you cancel it doesn’t tell you what are the implications. And when you need them they are really not useful to try to resolve a problem. Very disappointing as this could be a fantastic app is they improved on those key points which are very relevant.
Login is broken

On the app, when trying to log in in my account using my email address and password (autocomplete from my iOS keychain), nothing happens when I click Sign in. Works fine on the website. So I created a second account, using Sign In with Apple ID (Continue with Apple). That works… but unfortunately not on the web site!
Do not use this app.

Their boat partners cancelled on us the day before our planned trip (for a false reason) which was made months ago and the staff at click and boat does not respond to calls or messages. They ruined our vacation. We flew from the US to France for this trip and are extremely disappointed. Do not use this app. Beware!
