I use 99acres to monitor responses on a paid listing that I put up. Notifications work, but clicking through them takes you to a “page does not exist” almost all the time. Extremely frustrating and defeats the utility of 99acres for me. UI feels dated and poorly designed as well. Not intuitive to use at all. I’m finding myself constantly going to the desktop experience to do what I need to.

That summarizes the recent update. After the new update 99acres is useless, once I select any filter or try to sort results it takes me back to home screen with the message ‘something went wrong’.

I tried to use the help section and it requires selecting type of feedback... and the drop down actually takes me to the new notifications inbox.

So many bugs. Please rollback or fix the issues immediately, 99acres is impossible to use.

I tried to open 99acres but it says “something went wrong” and it stays there forever. My connection is fine. Please fix it

99acres is extremely buggy! Half of the services/pages don’t load. A had a free listening from 2016 which I reactivated but it doesn’t allow me to change rent price! I tried multiple times and it says price changed but nope! I spoke to customer care and they started selling paid services saying pay for sellers even before listening to the query! Overall useless app for me!

this app is not seller friendly rather focus more on brokers. I had two properties listed but one rogue broker dropped them an email because brokers would prefer sellers don’t receive calls directly from customers.

this app decided to remove both my properties and asked me to send copies of property documents to add them. No one in their right mind would want to send copies of their property documents unnecessarily.

Better to use some other app.

99acres after opening keeps erroring out on my iOS device. Please fix bugs

Searching is now broken. Price range minimum must be more than RS 0 for the search to work. But sometimes the search stops unexpectedly, too. Not usable.

99acres has too much details and hard to navigate compared to the competitors app. Slow and unresponsive.

this app has been a go to app for me for past few years. However, after some recent updates I am seeing that the search is not performing well. Whenever I search for resale properties I end up on projects page and applying filter on search results is also redirecting to projects page. There are inconsistencies with respect to sort and filtering too. I hope this can be taken care off in upcoming updates.

Great app but they need to have an area for people who live out of the country to call or leave a number

Try it show the list on a map
When searching for more than one location, the search does not work. Need to improve the search functionality.

Being in US, 99acres provides all the details for the properties in India
It does route you to brokers but that’s all right for providing so much insights

App is meant for ppl who are residing inside India only, doesn’t work outside India. 👎🏻

Very hard to navigate. No filter option for agricultural land.

Looked like a nice attempt, but wasn't tested well. On smaller screen phones like iPhone 4s and earlier, the search page doesn't even let you click on SEARCH. Not sure if it works on bigger phones, but very unlikely.
