I used CHEMION once to test the glasses, and since then it refuses to open. It freezes on the "this app: Turn your light on" screen and does nothing. I've deleted/reinstalled, restarted my phone, tried disabling and reenabling my internet connections, everything. 1 star.

I have been using the this app app for roughly 2 years now. For some reason the new update won’t get past the Home Screen. What a load of garbage because now I can’t use either of my glasses. What confuses me is that the last app worked perfectly. Zero problems or complaints. Then after a few months I got a new phone which requires the update. Now none of the products I have work to my phone. Garbage move this app.
You just lost a customer for future products.

Seriously? 5 months since y’all last updated it? I just got my glasses and was exited to try them and CHEMION won’t even load up! I have an iPhone 13 and it’s not working on this phone. Don’t waste your money on these glasses, not worth the money for cheap quality in a app and the glasses. Fix your app before releasing something that’s $70 and that depends on it.

My review was 5 stars until the “explorer” stopped working. It hasn’t worked for several months for iPhone and iPad. I’m not the only one with this issue as I have friends who own the glasses and the explorer doesn’t work for them either. Please fix.

Also, the ‘contact’ form on your website doesn’t work either.

Last year I used these glasses and it was working great! The only complaint I had was that the shared content wasn’t working but I just kinda got used to it. Now back to present time. I redownloaded CHEMION and … nothing. It won’t load anything. I’ve been sitting and waiting for CHEMION to do something. I’ve waited for about ten minutes and still nothing. I’ve tried to delete it and reinstall it but still that didn’t work. I don’t know know if it’s something I need to change or I’m just not doing something right. Please fix this problem!

I started using your app since last year for Halloween but now the explorer app says I need to switch to a registered account or ask a admin for permission to use the explorer option I signed in with my Facebook account and I have CHEMION and everything I don't understand what went wrong

CHEMION definitely needs an update. The equalizer setting doesn’t work, and CHEMION just crashes. I have liked these glasses for almost 3-3.5 years but to break an existing functionality isn’t helping.

I’ve had the glasses for about a year now. They worked well and are in relatively good/new condition as they were only used once. Recently I’ve tried to use them again and they won’t be detected by CHEMION . I’ve followed advise I’ve found on trying to fix the issue such as holding the button for 10 seconds multiple times. However the glasses still are unable to be detected by CHEMION

The glasses were cool when CHEMION worked properly. The explorer option just continues to say “now loading” without loading any content. The equalizer crashes CHEMION when selected. Yet, you release new products??? BUYER BEWARE!!!! This seems to have been an issue for the last two years or so for many others who have purchased these glasses. I will rate this five stars when CHEMION has been fixed. As of now, I’m stuck with only the few designs I’ve downloaded or created myself. Don’t purchase these glasses until positive reviews have been posted!!!!!!!!

Is anyone else having the issue where they can’t connect their Facebook account?

When I bought this app a couple weeks ago I did enjoy it a lot until this update came by. For whatever reason why I try to connect my Facebook to this app it takes forever to load, I can’t type any words in Japanese like I used too before the update and I can’t and even those animations that you get for your this app I can’t even use

Ok i love u these glasses but there’s glitches with CHEMION the equalizer (voice sinker) doesn’t work and the copy multiple on the create doesn’t work either when I click it it just takes me back to my home screen does any one else have this problem if so do you know how to fix it I would love to use the voice sink

It works great with my glasses, but is it possible to turn up the max speed the glasses animations can go? It only goes up to 4 fps, and there are other animations that are way faster on CHEMION itself.

The apps fine, but there is one big problem. I try to login with my Facebook account and it will work up until it loads. I still have yet to log in because of this issue.

Ok but app really needs a shuffle option in the explore category so it can just play through the most popular ones without manually clicking each one

Overall I love the glasses but for some reason when I got to use my glasses and pushed explorer it would kick me out of CHEMION and when I tried again it did the same thing please fix this Also yes I did log into it with my Facebook

Love CHEMION but every time I hit explore section it doesn’t want to connect and takes forever to load in to find a new look for the glasses

Hello, I am writing this review to report an issue, when I want to like or download animation, I get stuck on loading screen. I really like CHEMION on the old version but, that didn’t happen.

I got the glasses back on Christmas and it was working well but just today I tried to use em it won’t connect like it won’t find it and my Bluetooth and location is on the his apps needs an new update like I admire it jus need to fix connection feature

Issue: The erase frame button is very easily pressed by accident! I've had to redo designs multiple times for this reason. The eraser, i.e. a blank pixel should be right by the other colors for ease-of-use.

CHEMION is good enough for doing what it is supposed to

I would like more choice of font for the text if possible

The "explore" wants you to connect to Facebook, but that's a security risk.
I guess that is the only way to download more patterns? There should be another way.

You can draw your own and save five of them to the glasses

Remember to hold the small ON button on the right top of the frame! Or else "the glasses will do nothing"!

Never mind it worked it wasn’t broken I just have to turn on my Bluetooth Connection on my glasses.

(I love the glasses and CHEMION , it works when I first got it when I was 12, I’m 18 know but when I tried doing it again it didn’t connect with the glasses? Did he he new update does not work with the old ones or something? Or is the new update has a glitch?)

Love them!! Had them for years and they are still going strong!!
