Mindbody Check In Reviews

Allows you to sign in to your respective business, but then nothing loads. Frustrating.

Now that only the client's last initial is hown, app is useless, too may clients signing the wrong person in.

This new update no longer allows members to search for their name, which means that no one can sign in >.<

Can't just review schedule without login in. Login screen doesn't let you always login. And when you do login it crashes. Did anyone test this?

MindbodyCheckIn used to work well - does not work now-does not save passwords- basically useless- must use the website to use which requires totally different login-ludicrous

Deleted from my phone and iPad now

These businesses pay good money to have this kind of service? Also, MindbodyCheckIn for my iPhone is locked on an old email account and will not let me delete or add another email.

Will not load at all. Can't check in any class members.

Since Friday the new update meant to fix bugs is not working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Updating my iOS software. Turning iPad on and off. Nothing works and MindbodyCheckIn cannot find my business or any other business for that matter. Wonderful app when it works but completely pointless and damaging to my business when it is down.

I TRIED TO FIND MY STUDIO TO USE MindbodyCheckIn FOR EASY CHECK IN! UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT. SAD

MindbodyCheckIn update renders it useless. Clients unable to sign in and extremely slow

Terrible app. Asks for sign in on downloaded App with no opportunity to set up an account. Set up account on my computer, but ID and password does not work on iPhone App. Total Waste of time!

Update is unnecessary. How are private clients to sign in for their sessions. I’m sure there are other areas within MindbodyCheckIn that needs attention, update, or modification. The feature of allowing everyone to sign in is integral to businesses operations. Please revert to prior sign in feature.

Great app and interface for clients for self check-in

Suggestions: Ability to add new client (if client doesn't have mbo account, they can't add themselves to class in MindbodyCheckIn)

When a client reserves class for another person it shows "Reserve reserve" it would be better if it said the person's name

Wish there was more accessibility to different settings. Especially could use a dark mode or power saver mode.
Otherwise, it accomplishes everything it needs to. Just really drains battery

I used to have to keep people waiting at the desk when a class was gonna start to check everyone in. Had a line to the door and people trying to get in and out around it to access the main gym or trying to get my attention at the desk and getting lost in a sea of people. I have two classrooms. Put one of these outside of each room to get people away from the front and open up traffic. It worked. I really like that I can spend more time now with the clients who really need me and my more reserved clients can sign in at their leisure away from the bustle of the front desk area. It's a very simple app compared to the others mind body has, but I hope they will keep adding things to make it do more. I'd like to see more value self service features like a way to sell packages or sign in with our key tags. Oh my only con is that it can take a while for newbies to interact with it. They sometimes ask me what it is, thinking it's for staff. Even those coke machines with the flavors have a big invitation screen I can read from across the room.
