I have a problem with BloomSky Weather

User reports:
No current problems

- The latest iOS update causes the app to drop to the desktop or crash when trying to view a video.

- The latest update does not allow the temperature and data to be moved down.

- BloomSky support has sent an email message that they may shut down some services and features, and may move to a paid model.

- Several services, such as time lapses and weather underground integration, have already been disabled.

- There is no longer support for the units, and the Storm unit fails in most cases.

- The rain gauge is a total failure and does not count the amount of rain it has collected.

To resolve BloomSky Weather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the BloomSky Weather App
1. On android, goto Settings » BloomSky Weather » click [Force Stop]

Clear BloomSky Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BloomSky Weather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BloomSky Weather.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BloomSky Weather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BloomSky Weather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BloomSky Weather
