When taking tests，I can only take photos using camera，but cannot upload photos from my device，though it asks for rights to view my photos. And you could not finish the task until time is up, just a wate of time for me.
What‘s more I cannot download the files in 学习通 to my ipad from 学习通
terrible user experience！！！

there seems a mechanism to check whether the user logging in with two clients, however it is quite normal for a learner watching the video with a device and reviewing the slides with another one together

It is sort of stupid and embarrassed to look at the face of yourself when sitting in a test during that time. Moreover, omnipresent, quasi-coercive applications of facial recognition is not only intrusive but a flagrant abuse of individuals' privacy, jeopardizing biometric data provided database leak, also arousing a question whether the data are sold for commercial purposes.

Utter rubbish, this is 学习通 the uni use for our course but you can not connect to their server while watching videos, must try few times before it plays the video. Also have to try so many times to even sign in for attendance

On an iPad i can only use the web version which is a mess and to say the iPhone app is hard to use is an understatement. In my class there are always people who cannot log in due to “server is too busy”.

学习通 is only suitable for iPhone。 We need a full function iPad version。And a Mac version is very important for iOS users，since the teacher WHO has an iPhone often has a Mac.
