To resolve Air Radar network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Air Radar app issues:

Force Stop the Air Radar App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Air Radar app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Air Radar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Air Radar App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Air Radar app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Air Radar.

Fix Air Radar unable to contact server/ Air Radar internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Air Radar » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Air Radar » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Air Radar on android.
