CampUSA is lovely for the information it has. It is worthless for the information it does not have. For years the major RV directories have provided information necessary for a visitor to know basic utility facts about the property. Number of sites with sewer. Number of sites with 50 Amp power. Number of sites that will accommodate a 45' or 40' RV. Information about availability of included off site parking for a towed vehicle. These are BASIC facts about a campground many campers require. My motorhome has two 3000 watt inverters. The coach cannot operate on 30 Amp power. The only way to know before reserving and showing up at the location is to call the location direct. In the case of Thousand Trails (my park of choice) calling the location is not a reliable option. They let calls go to voicemail more than half of the time (rarely returned). The purpose of an online directory (I assume) is to assist a camper to his/her options when traveling. With CampUSA all I can know is that a campground exists. The facts about the availability of utilities changes very slowly. A single audit would save thousands of phone calls and even more frustration for customers. Are the utility facts being made public a sales killer? Who benefits from a lack of knowledge ? I'm certainly not angry about this ...just disappointed.

I love love love the update for CampUSA. Finally, a way for me to basically never go back to my home or family. Great job devs! 👌🏼

I had been using the previous version to quickly see TT and Encore Parks I wanted to go to.
Now it is useless. I use the separate KOA app to reserve those parks and AllStays app to research others.
I am a TT member and used CampUSA just for convenience when planning the weeks ahead.
Can you add a filter for just TT and Encore Parks?

It was a wonderful app until about a month ago. It got bogged down with more kinds of sites... now it won’t even load 😢 please take it back to the previous version I used all the time to plan my adventures! ❤️

Really good app but is there some way to put Encore Campgrounds on it also?

CampUSA was linked in an email from Encore Resorts, a company buying campgrounds all over America. CampUSA at first look has their campgrounds (not any others) and KOA (must have money in them as well?)
Not very useful.

I was trying to find a place in Arizona for us and all the ones that were around Phoenix are for 55 and older people only. So lame cause they look really nice. So if your 55 and older CampUSA is great!! If not don’t waste your time!!

The best App to fine a Good places to hace Good time

CampUSA has a lot of cool places nearby me in California and other places I want to travel to in my camper someday. Seems really easy to use. Looks like it's just for certain areas where they have 1000 trails and encore campgrounds, but still really useful for me.

Don’t know the problem here, but CampUSA will not open on my I-phone. So, I have to give it a big thumbs down- it’s useless to me!

App constantly stops responding. App crashes and takes forever to load when searching.

I just liked the old format better.

Only gives a handful of campgrounds per state. So many better camping apps out there!

The only reason I need an app for campgrounds is to see more options, not less. Imagine a restaurant app that only shows Denny’s. Not very helpful.

Does not give you the info you need or want. Very generic. I hope the creators fall into a pit of blood thirsty gators.

I love the new update because CampUSA now has so many more campgrounds at places that I want to camp. I enjoy access to Thousand Trails but having KOA and even more campgrounds really changes the game.

We just finished reserving over 65 sites on our upcoming cross country trip. After trying to use CampUSA along with Goodsam and KOA we finished the itinerary with the vast percentage being made at KOA. The main reason was that the vast percentage of these parks don’t do on line reservations, don’t do email, don’t answer phones and if you do get a person you are told we will mail you a confirmation. KOA offers an online reservation process that is outstanding. People say KOA is too expensive but we found that they are in line with non KOA sites in the locations we are going to.

I would love CampUSA if it would show the parks that are Encore only and allow reservations. I prefer to stay at the TT parks whenever possible to save $$. I have to switch to the web based TT site to get this information, which renders CampUSA almost useless for our needs. Also, you cannot reserve many sites with CampUSA. Correcting CampUSA to show the Encore only sites and allowing reservations would make CampUSA five star!

I have my location restricted so that you need a password to change settings. I changed my settings to remove the restriction so that I could allow CampUSA to use my location. As soon as I do that, the choice to enable location is no longer available. I cannot use CampUSA effectively without being able to use the location therefore until this flaw is fixed CampUSA is not useful to me.

Love CampUSA because it gives me a chance to find exactly where I want & shows me the exact places I have in mind I used to goto outdoor world as a little kid & now I am currently planning my own trip to go with my own children

It is an outstanding app and we used it for the past 15 nights and only had one not exist, and in all fairness the gentleman almost allowed us to stay there.
