I have mixed feelings about this app. We have used this app close to a year and when it comes to customer communication, they are awesome. I love having the universal inbox and have all of my customer interactions in one place. Being able to see messages from my website, FB Messenger, Google Messenger, and incoming leads all in one place is awesome. I also signed up for their phone product and having all the voicemails and recorded calls in the customer thread is awesome. Very clean and organized and a great way to manage customer interactions without things getting lost.
So why only three stars? Customer service!
Their customer service team is the worst. When you have a question or a technical issue, the reps will make you feel like they are taking care of you but nothing is getting done. I had an SMS problem and wasn’t able to send/receive messages for three days. It took like 10 calls and emails, over multiple reps, just to get one person who took the matter into their own hands. I lost a ton of business because of it.
Bottom line, if you get past the customer service hurdles and actually run your company on this app, it’s a great product. But if you need customer service, good luck.
