I have tried to play this game for a few days now, but cannot get past the front doors of the mansion, AND I paid to have the rest of the game unlocked, BUT no I still cannot get the doors open. Can you fix or refund my money. I am not happy at this time. I also started the game all over again, but still nothing. PLEASE help.
UPDATE: I guess you developers don’t answer bad reviews or problems that your customers have, so I am going to delete this app today. Sorry. And please may I get my money back. Thank you in advance.
Keeps Asking for More Money

Very disappointed with this game. Halfway through it forced me to pay more to continue. I paid it because it made it equal price to other similar games. Then when I was almost finished it asked me to pay again in order to continue.
Just state the real price up front rather than tricking people to start, then continuing to make them pay more in the middle of the game.
Don’t get fooled into paying the original price. It’s not as cheap as it seems.
Had to reset game after hours

Great game. I purchased the hints component and enjoyed it until I hit the hint: “Insert the silver coin in the slot machine in the attic and get a green coin.” I Inserted the silver coin but got no green coin! Thereafter, that was the only hint I received at any point in the game.
I kept yelling, “I inserted the silver coin!” I eventually had to reset the game, but didn’t feel like slogging through the whole thing again. A very dissatisfying end to what otherwise was a really enjoyable game.
