I recently bought a reservation to a college town bar, Kilroys Sports, that I had never been to before and was extremely excited. The passes dropped at a specific time, and you had to be there quick to grab it. The purchasing was madness. I clicked on a time that worked with my schedule, and soon figured out it was the wrong time. I reached out to customer service since they said there is a possibility for refunds.
It states in the app that customer service would respond within 24 hours. I received a response a week later, way past my pass expiration. Not only did they say no refunds, they also RESOLD my pass, making double off of my pass. Customer service team addressed none of these issues. Extremely disappointed.

Besides the concept of the app, there is no way people actually enjoy the UX/UI of this app. There are a bunch of misleading typos in the ticket description for the bars (which I can see leading to many customer mistakes) and you canโt customize your account info (ie profile pic, phone number, name, etc). Hope the team invests more into product development since this is essentially the one thing their customers are interacting with all the time. Also if you notice - thereโs only a bunch of 1 and 5 star ratings lol I wonder why!

This is one of the smartest ideas I have heard of in forever!! WHO wants to wait in a line anymore??? NO ONE especially if your friends are already inside, the line is CRAZY long, the weather is HORRIBLE or you just donโt have the patience that day. Thatโs where LineLeap saves the day and helps you LEAP the LINE ๐ I will now use this ANYWHERE I go and will tell everyone about it! Such a great concept, time is too valuable nowadays to waste it waiting when you could be creating memories ๐๐ผ
