I have used Net10 for about 15 years now and they lose my login information and block me from accessing my account online and on the app. Just about every year and a half. They also charge my cards way before my bill is actually due. Very dissatisfied with Net10 and the customer service is very poor and slow and very hard to understand then as well! Better off getting a prepaid service airtime card instead of giving them your card info! They shorten your service days otherwise. I would highly recommend finding another company.

The app worked great up until maybe two or three updates ago. It never lets me log in. I always get a “Cannot connect to servers at this time” Warning and I have to use the website. So tell me what is the point of having the app on my phone?
That, and I get notifications for promotions I can never take advantage of because the app never works. When you log on to the website the promotion is nowhere to be found. Extremely frustrating! I have a notification on the app at this very moment I cannot clear because it will not let me log in.
Please fix this app!

I was promised my 8 GB of data to carryover to the next plan, and when I paid it didn’t work, I asked to speak to a manager and he was just rude to me and said that “he can’t break the ‘law’ of the company” (NET10). I was surprised that the even the supervisor’s English was extremely poor, not to sound racist but it made communication almost impossible.
DISHONESTY when selling a product is means for a charge back, so I’ll be calling my bank and asking for the money back. Bad move NET10! You should treat new customers better. Goodbye.
