Can't watch video of latest show with the app---can only listen. I've been using this for years and it has worked well, so I know it should be working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache, etc., but the app still stops when I try to watch the video. Please advise on how to fix.

Having trouble watching usual evening news. What tim does the daily installment come in? Am I looking for it too earky
