I decided to cancel after first months use. Three months later, I noticed I have been charged for two additional months after cancellation. I logged on to their website and now it saying tha I have that I have updated for additional 3 month subscription.
I chatted with the online support and they showed me a place to deselect a automatic subscription check mark, very well hidden.
They would not remove three month renewal charges that just showed up. They mentioned that they could not refund online purchases and/or if this app was used. I told them I didn’t make this purchase and they could check that I haven’t used it since first month.
Their response was, “Sorry”!
I called my bank and canceled my card.
I would not recommend this this app app due to this headache.
