Prices dont get updated in real time still showing prices from yesterday and its not the internet it used to work properly before the update

this app doesn’t provide any services to customers. They don’t have the facility to activate an old account online seriously!!! Where other banks provide lots of online features for customers to buy and sell their shares, this app is nowhere in this digital era. We had no option for demat as we had to shift from Karvy to this, otherwise we never go this company. They don’t have offices in state like UP. Can you believe this! I am so frustrated with their services. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

IIFL keeps crashing whenever I visit the portfolio page. That is the basic functionality and if it does not work, it is useless. Take some cues from the robinhood app. Your web interface is even more confusing and I understand you don’t want to invest in it as your team keeps suggesting me to use the mobile app.

I updated new version of app and I tried to login and it’s asking for otp and when I put app in background for access otp in my email and get back on app there is no more otp enter screen.
So any how I can not enter in app due to app is loading first login screen when you put app in background to foreground.
Please fix this issue asap.

App is not working properly after today’s update, it closes often when portfolio or trade is clicked and icon is not visible, pls roll back the previous version

Mobile App crashes very frequently, random stocks gets sold no matter what you pick, time delay on stock prices. Worst customer service. Web portal looks so old and clumsy. There are better brokerage companies please do yourself a favor and stay away from this app.

I am using IIFL for an year but not as a active user. Today I felt that switching between this app app to other apps always ask login credentials again which can be replaced with face recognition or thumb print easily to provide a user a better experience.

After your you update IIFL is not working properly. Everytime i have to login using client id and otp and set the mpin. Also after writing client id IIFL gets stuck at generate otp and doesn’t give display to enter otp.

App is good. But lot of options missing. Not optimized for iPads. Limited options. Not possible to rearrange bottom widgets.

Though I liked this app as my service provider buy I don't like to use their app. Web browser is far better.

With the latest release there is a bug with the iOS app. When I select my custom watchlists, IIFL automatically closes. My stocks is the only watchlist that shows and rest all watchlists are impacted by this bug.

Fix this bug. I am not able to login as the message appearing after log in wont move.

Very annoying, it keep logging you out every minute. You need to add Face ID to avoid it or set 15 minutes inactive time for auto logout.
Lots of scripts dose not show chart,research info or news & this app views
Some reports don’t run it is good to have less items with accuracy reports are to complicated for common person to understand no tutorial videos available.
IPO never shows any data including past or upcoming IPO
Please provide enough data for user so they can make decision on their investment. Need improvement
Daily buying & selling is easy using IIFL .

You guys have stopped posting your daily update on commodity morning Mantra that report was very helpful for the reference and helped a lot. Please bring it back on regular day basis. Else everything is great. Bring Commodity Morning mantra back for everyday.

Only issue is - notification count is not getting cleared. Count always stay on the icon.

Need improvement in Funds transfer screen.

Ever since I updated to iOS 14.5, chart display has stopped. Please set it right.

App is good But … Several place they don’t have going back option… So you need to go menu again …

And need to change Theme like white and orange

How to see bonus dividend split info of stocks for default view one year or as many years one can look into. That will help in getting info about all that. Moneycontrol has that on website but couldn’t see in app. Top of that moneycontrol is having terrible advertisements. Please give option for all that info. Also make chart more interactive where one can just look at chart and see all the info like split dividend split etc.

Kindly make situation simple for sale of securities from demat account. It’s difficult to transfer online from demat to this app pool account for sale. Explain how to transfer to pool?
