After many years of using the Homeroom app, I have never had a problem posting. It says I have no photos. The first time I tried it opened all my photos I clicked on seven photos, then pressed send, and the words came up No photos. I tried again two or three more times and it still said I have no photos. I hope someone can help. Thank you so much.

How to fix Homeroom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Homeroom app on iPhone
Update Homeroom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Homeroom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Homeroom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Homeroom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Homeroom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Homeroom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Homeroom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Homeroom » click [Force Stop]

Update Homeroom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Homeroom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Homeroom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Homeroom.

Fix Homeroom unable to contact server/ Homeroom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Homeroom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Homeroom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Homeroom
