How to fix 2FA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 2FA app on iPhone
Update 2FA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 2FA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 2FA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 2FA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

2FA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 2FA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 2FA App
1. On android, goto Settings » 2FA » click [Force Stop]

Update 2FA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 2FA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 2FA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 2FA.

Fix 2FA unable to contact server/ 2FA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 2FA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 2FA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 2FA
