Digging for coins no more 🥴...Not so much. I’ve never been able to pay for additional time with ParkSLC. If you pay for one hour and then want to add time. You (or at least I have) get a notification saying “Parking restrictions in your area, please read signs”. And no I haven’t tried to pay for more than the 2-hour maximum. It’s really aggravating. I’ve talked to parking enforcement when I see them. And they seem to not care or willing to help. But more than willing to write you a ticket even though you have been trying to pay. I’ve taken screen shots of the notifications and shown them. Yet...... and apparently it’s nothing that they are interested in fixing. Lame, is a huge understatement. SLC....get with the 21st century already!!!

While like anyone I wish parking didn’t cost, but prices here are decent, and the ease of ParkSLC is wonderful once set up. I only have to remember a pin...great way to save time.. takes like 15 seconds to do it once it’s set up. Thanks designers.... how about a thumbprint... even easier

First, the old app (QuickPay) allowed you to select a duration of less than 1 hour. If I'm parked downtown and paying for it, it's typically for 15 to 30 minutes. Not an hour. QuickPay allowed you to park for as little as 15 minutes.

Second, QuickPay had a QR scanner to scan the QR codes on the parking spaces. this app does not. They made the QR codes on the spaces useless and obsolete.

Next, ParkSLC hasn't been updated in nearly a year and it shows. ParkSLC feels like a web app from 2009. Not a even remotely close to a modern parking app.

It does work, but only by enabling the most basic of features and barely meeting the most minimal needs of someone parking in downtown.

Please get a new developer or go back to QuickPay. this app is a really crappy time.

App works well, saves my card on file and notified me when my times almost up. And if I'm not quite ready to leave my parking spot, I can just add more time.

Parking is easy with ParkSLC! A card can be kept on file for anytime you decide to visit the downtown SLC area or anywhere you need to pay for parking in UTAH I think?Anyways great app no problems

1.) why aren’t you using QR code’s yet, this is a little antiquated.
2.) you are charging a convenience fee to use ParkSLC ? No. Just no. Those garbage machines you have around town hardly ever work. The displays are always out, and have a lot more overhead than ParkSLC. I’m not going to pay you a fee to pay you a fee.

The interface looks great and is easy to use. Setting up and modifying an account is quick and simple. This is the best way to park on the streets of Salt Lake.

Great app! I was always forgetting the numbers and having to go back and look. Now I just park and click and go.

No one likes parking meters, but ParkSLC at least makes the job easy.

I love that I can park quickly and pay on the go. Great app. It remembers my cars so I don't have to enter the data every time. Thank you!

ParkSLC makes parking so easy. & you don't even have to be near your car to pay!

It charged my card 4 times and the contact us tab doesn’t work. I don’t know how to get my money refunded and I don’t know how to get into contact with anyone to help solve the issue?? I’m hoping this review will reach someone and if not, I stand with a one star review.

No hassle, just quick easy parking

ParkSLC has worked fine on the two occasions that I've used it. It did, however, kill the fully-charged battery on my iPhone this evening.
The city of Salt Lake has the most ridiculous parking kiosks - recently upgraded - but still awful. ParkSLC helps to alleviate some of the horrendous ergonomic issues with the kiosks.

So easy to use, has never crashed, exactly how an app should work!

How can they force you to pay for an hour at 2$ and pay fees and pay a minimum 10$ to fund. The 38$ parking ticket is exorbitant. This is what happens when the city sells out to private interest. Better for a corporation at the expense of 🇺🇸 us all.

If you’re serious about simple parking why do I have to download a stupid app to pay? Why can’t I just pay off my internet browser?
