I have been playing and gathering my free bonuses for this game for years. They have some really great slots. However it seems that my account has been black listed for no other reason I can establish other than I am good at gathering a large number of free coins and recently reached platinum status as a free player and they hate that or they got angry at me because I pointed out a couple things they could change or fix such as way too many pop ups constantly and I guess maybe they did not like that, but I kept it respectful so it doesn’t make sense. Now after these things occurred, when I log in all I get is a message that pops up every time that says “you seem to have lost your internet connection”. Because the box pops up before anything else, I can’t reach customer service or collect any more free coins. I tried downloading CasinoGames on a different device and it worked fine until I used my same Facebook login for the game on the other device and then I got the same message as the other device. So this game is player beware, as it looks like they will arbitrarily decide at any point to block you from accessing the game for any reason they choose and without offering an explanation for their actions. Very unprofessional.

Great graphics and a great time killing app; however, there are a lot of issues. First, this is strictly entertainment for me- so I am not purchasing coins. Sorry, that’s just my personal preference. Second, and this is rhetorical - how can you spin 17 times and not once hit for anything? Third, and this just perplexes me - if and when I do hit and I bet the minimum in any of these slots it’s great to be rewarded less than a quarter of what you bet. Raise the reward amount, but that won’t happen because it’s a money app. They want you to buy coins. I will say that I do like the mini games inside CasinoGames , but they are fixed and please do not insult my intelligence that it’s a game of chance. I just recorded this for the Easter Journey. I spun 30 times, I hit (3) J’s six times and (3) Q’s four times. I never hit for anything else and I never ran the board more than twice - so no free spins. Also, a bonus?!?! I never hit a bonus in three days in any of my 100+ spins. This is definitely not a game of chance because when there isn’t a mini game you can hit free spins and bonus games with more frequency. If they are required to progress - you’re out of luck. Three days on the first level because I needed a chicken leg. Crazy fixed!

I mean it’s bad enough that you not gonna win anything cuz the game won’t let you, but they slap you in the face even when they do let you win. I don’t know how many 5 of a kinds I’ve had and the payout not even equal the amount that I just bet. You barely even get 5% of your bet back on any given 3 of a kind But if you got money to throw away, throw at these people. I think someone is holding their kids hostage or something and that’s why they have the game set way it is

Takes way too long to gain access to other slots. I got very bored and just started raising the bet to get rid of the coins. When the machine goes cold, there is no turning it around, best to either stop playing and check back later or go for it and see if you can get a big win to replenish your coins. I had over 20,000,000 coins and although I was betting 250k at a time I went through my 20m and I still didn’t have access to a new slot.
Playing the Chinese challenge has been less than exciting because the bets are set high and the games (all of them) are only paying on 10’s, Q, and sometimes K and A. Watching your balance dwindle quickly because the required bet is too high and the wins are minimal just isn’t fun. I had several bonus rounds with 5 free spins that paid less than the minimum bet after all 5 spins!! Very boring bonus rounds. I have had access to the VIP lounge for several days now and truthfully, not enjoying the experience. If I can’t win anything with free coins I certainly would not waste my hard earned money on these machines. Sorry if this isn’t the review you wanted to see, but I don’t like losing and I don’t like winning if they are all low level wins. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The graphics are very good. This is a very expensive game to play - the points to buy are very overpriced. As the game progress, each level has a puzzle that must be completed before you are eligible for the next level. There are too many pieces required to complete the further you progress. The payouts are not that great. Sure you get an occasional big payout, but most of the time the payouts are usually are about one fourth of amount which bet. It would be nice to know what points you have to earn between level Platinum, Emerald, Shaphire, Ruby, Pearl, and Diamond. I do like when they open all the levels to be available to play, and this has happened occasionally. Thank you B.LH.

You are scrooges- you give a small amount of points for the money you charge. The games are addictive but it takes forever to go from Ruby to Pearl . I try to do the daily challenges but some of the others are just to get you to spend big money, like the last one.

I have been playing this game daily for a couple of years. I like the enhancements that they have made over the last couple of years. However, I am really tired of them putting new game features out that do not work. During the recent free spin challenges, I won. The game did not register my win. I reported it to customer service and they called me a liar and did not award the winnings. So, the next time there was a free spin challenge, I took pictures and sent them to service to prove that I did win it. They still didn’t pay me.
Now, I keep reporting to them that their fire challenge game isn’t working and they tell me that it is. I have done at least 10 fire challenges today and none of them worked! I can clearly see I’m meeting the requirements of the challenge in my spins. Again I keep reporting it to customer service and they keep telling me that the game is working. Now service is just ignoring me.

The graphics are outstanding and even more impressive are the varied games, with free spin and bonuses all so different. The winning combos also varied and fun. Love to play different games. New games come all the time, outstanding and also new bonuses offered. This is a lot of fun and keeps your interest. That said there are many features that need to be changed. The max bet function is a few millimeters away from the spin button. I am careful but..... if you play and the phone rings or someone calls you in another room and you carry your phone quickly, you easily hit max and 1 spin can loose 200,000,000 or much more precious points. I play minimums so huge mistake. Just happened second time to me. This is intentional on their part and just awful they can see your mistake and a single time will give you some. Not all and not again.
Also wins do not include all matches even in a row. Win rate can be very poor on long stretches got free spins several times with 0. Have played 100 spins to get a daily challenge without getting free spins or bonus included on daily challenge. Daily challenge fun but hate including max bets in it. After completing other parts of the challenge, cannot do max. bets, too high. Have made a number of purchases. Slot ran hot for a while, now cold again but graphics terrific. Will see.......

I was addicted to this fun game but after losing so many coins by not remembering to reduce the Bet level each time I come back, & the game eating up all of my coins so fast because I don't realize what's going on... I've had it. Not to mention the tricky miss-leading tactics of requiring more & more coins to place safe gave as you accumulate more coins. Your bets start at 65,00 & soon become 1 million -3 million a bet (& that’s only if you don’t accidentally hit the Max Bet button!) Also, the Mini Mission is a trick to lose more coins. I did 1 Max Bet & lost 90,000,000 coins in 1 shot! Everyone writes them to fix this feature but they don’t care because it causes people to have to buy more coins to play. This game makes me so mad! Don't play it or you'll be frustrated too! If you buy coins they figure you’re a sucker & never let you win again. It’s true!

This is a great game with lots of variety and fun graphics. One thing I wish they would fix is to set the default bet on their games to the smallest bet, not the biggest possible or even max bet.
Because the game always opens to a high bet, I have lost a lot of money twice when I ACCIDENTALLY touched the screen while setting up my game. If it happens again I will delete the game. It just isn't fun when this happens. I would never choose a bet that high, and when it accidentally spins I don't think it is either fun or fair. It feels like this is just a clever way for them to get more money, rather than to be thoughtful of our needs. Take a look at how Slotomania does it, along with many others! Again, the game is great, but I will delete it if this happens to me again. It would be nice to do what helps your players. Your games are fun, challenges great, but PLEASE fix the default bet!!!

It won’t let me. So this is an update to my update. I don’t know why the owners have gotten so money hungry but they’ve now priced me out of this game. I’ve spent a minimum of $100 in the last month or so only to lose it within moments. Sorry-can’t afford you. It really makes me sad as I just loved this game for years. My absolute favorite. I broke my shoulder a few months back and playing this game was about all I could do. I’m tired of complaining about this game, just wanted to warn others it has become a complete rip off and to bid it adieu.

UPDATE! I don’t know if it was the poor review but the game is suddenly operating like it used to! Reasonable bets and more payoffs. Thank you!! You got me back! After a number of years playing this game, I’m not sure what you’re thinking but you’ve ruined it and I guess I’m going to have to say goodbye. After this last update the daily challenges went away, leaving just the regular games which would have been not as good but ok, I accept, but it’s now impossible to win anything!! 10,000,000 single bets? No return? I know you expect us to make purchases which is fine and I do, but losing 5 million coins in 30 minutes is too rich for my blood. I’m so very sad I have to bid you goodbye. I hope you eventually bring the fun back to this game.

I’ve played this game several years ago, and loved it. Yes, it can get expensive, because you are so sure everything’s going your way, you come up with some more money to keep,playing. I stopped for several years, but have joined up again missed it so much. What a difference in game play. I remember when you opened up there were more giveaways to bump up your coins and more liberal slots. My favorite has always been Venus, and, although I play it to death, never have I seen or heard of any payoff for the jackpot. Also, I have seen sooo many 5 of a kinds, that are not paid out on. Wether they are natural or added thru the added column, doesn’t matter. They are ignored. I haven’t seen it that much in any of the other games, except the newer ones. Just a few notes that I have seen are different in the last few years, but they are not good ones. Looks like I will have to go off the air for a few more years.

I have short winning streaks, while losing streaks are long and don’t allow many. If a y, playing time. It offers me more opportunities to win other than in a game, but the amount of is very minimal. You can’t win with 15-35 million, not even 50 million, because it’s gone before you know it. Don’t forget to check your betting amount because you may spin one time and have less than enough to play! It’s the same thing! I don’t mind losing. But not all the time!I I don’t mind losing, but not all of the time! Give me a break.

I enjoy this game more than most of the other casino games because it has several little items of interest to play and doesn’t get boring. I haven’t found that it demands money to keep playing which most of the games I play do and they get to be too expensive if you play very far into the game. There is a wide variety of games to play in Infinity and I have continued to enjoy playing them over a period of several years. They are generous when you hit tera winning combination . Never get tired of the variety of games offered. They offer a few new games which are interesting to play and I enjoy. I still enjoy infinity slots after several years of playing the games. The variety and generous payoffs are exciting and I always choose to play at least once when I’m on my iPad.

Ok yeah that title is dorky lol. But seriously I do like this game...I used to have 1 slot I liked the most but then I found another where I ended up quadrupling my money!!!! It was exciting even though there’s no real money involved (dang it). The sounds are great...the biggest downfall for me is getting all the pop ups when you start up a new session...I get they’re trying to make money and I’ve paid more than I care to share, I also know where to buy more coins if I need to. It would be nice if I could shut those off...or maybe even put an amount on there that you have to buy (worth of coins) and once you reach that amount then you have the option of turning that off...?
Bottom line this game is a lot of fun if you just want something to pass the time with and live out your money fantasies lol

I like you guys and think you have some really great games worth playing actually some of the better games. However. I have two things that bother me the first is I feel like you are tracking me and maybe even stealing my network account number and phone as well as messenger to keep your sites alive and you are hiding this from me. I am a nice guy and you can be honest with me without criminal charges I promise if I am wrong my apologies but I am still working to find out who all the conspirators are the second is you really push the make a purchase to much it is annoying I knows you have to make money but listen if you had me my software and phones and network I assure you that you will have more players than you ever dreamed of honestly. That is the only way I want to work I expect a call soon don’t wait this is the last weekend before I make my trip

Have only opened 6 slots to date they are fun to play. It takes a long time to open a new slot to play. When you succeeded they are fun. The only problem is that you have to be very careful that you do not hit the max bet button as you can lose a lot of coins very fast. The challenges are a lot of fun to play and sometimes very difficult to succeed in completing. They have made the max bet button smaller making it a little harder to accidentally hit. The latest update added having to watch a commercial for a different slot game or something else every time you win a big win I do not like this ,sometimes it takes forever to get back to the game that you were playing . You should definitely download Infinity Slots. They have Slots that are not simply mirror images of others. You actually don't feel as if you are being taken for a ride by trying them. They are varied, imaginative and a lot of fun! This is an update: I also enjoy the daily challenges. I do think that it is ridiculous to keep people from doing all the challenges by saying to do -- as an example -- 2 spins the maximum bet and you win say 6 million points. But the maximum you are spending is something like 20,000,000 each spin! But they don't mention what the maximum bet is. Common sense people and it bites you if you are multi tasking and you are not giving your full attention to the game. Still recommend however pay attention to those challenge!

This started out as a 5 Star review, but I’ve gotten my coins back! So they get 5 STARS again! The game wouldn’t let me login to Facebook. Every time I would try, it reverted back to the game. They do have nice graphics, big payouts. Fun to play. But, if you play long enough, and collect enough coins they will take that away and revert your game back to a previous time. They did this to my game and I lost over a billion coins, and I’m at a level I was at a couple of years ago. I would imagine this is the result of the game NOT letting me back up on Facebook. It would give me notice when I would log in to play and when I would try to reconnect with Facebook, it would kick it back to my game, NEVER letting me connect. Pisses me off to loose so many coins! I’ve amended my review to 4 stars since I haven’t had any problems with my coins being taken away lately. Still a great game to play. I gotten my coins back so they’re back to 5 Stars.

This is a great app to have! The graphics & sounds are great! Wild West is my favorite so far. I love the gun shots. I could play this game forever!! Each game is different & you never get bored. You always are winning money...not many in store purchases for me. I love CasinoGames! You just have to watch when you change games to check how much you are betting...it always flips to a high bid & you can lose a lot of your money...tricky! The only thing I don't like is the first game with the naked woman. Put clothes on her!!! And it takes a LONG TIME to earn puzzle pieces to earn a new game. But they make up for it by having all the slot games open and you can play all the locked games for a limited time. Love that!! Can't complain...love CasinoGames!! I encourage you to get CasinoGames .... it is GREAT!!

Best slot app I’ve ever played!! You only have to exit out of about 19 different offers once you open it and the bonus they give you to play with is unbeatable! When I finally got the chance to except the free bonus I started a game that would only let me bet 150k coins minimum and during those two spins I hit 3 10’s worth 50k so I actually got to spin 3 times totaling about 7 seconds of play time and what seemed to be about two minutes of trying to click out of the offers that kept popping up. I would definitely recommend this slot app to all of my friends and family!
