No current problems

- Complication doesn't update very often

- No way to force it to update

- Complications still not updating correctly after version 2. 20. 3 update

- Getting “new measurement on demand” notifications on my iPhone when I never pressed the button on my Netatmo base station

- Seeing dozens of foreign IP addresses accessing it now

- Amount of network data that these foreign IP’s are downloading

Had to uninstall the app. Forgot password so clicked the link. This will not take me to the page to change password. Dave Nuttall

To resolve Com network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear Com App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Com » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Com.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Com » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Com » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
