How to fix Auto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Auto app on iPhone
Update Auto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Auto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Auto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Auto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Auto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Auto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Auto App
1. On android, goto Settings » Auto » click [Force Stop]

Update Auto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Auto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Auto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Auto.

Fix Auto unable to contact server/ Auto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Auto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Auto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
