The new update is terrible, nothing loads, just the spiraling wheel. And like another mentioned the news is terrible, a few current articles and then things still on there that are months old. I really wish you would bring back the original weather app. It was so good and so accurate. Now the entire app is useless. Thank you for the consideration.

I am at a loss for my weather now, this is not even remotely as good as the old NECN weather app. Please have your developers update the old app so it is compatible with IOS 11. The old app was my “go to” and I recommended it to everyone I knew... especially those on the sports sidelines with me. Thank you for your consideration. And, I see the “developer response” on all the bad reviews is “oh the old app just isn’t compatible “.

This app and the NBC10 Boston app both freeze up and ultimately crash after reading thru several articles. It can only tolerate so much use and then it freezes and crashes. I ultimately deleted the NBC10 app and may have to do the same for NECN.
Can you update the apps to fix that and to allow for cache clearing or whatever else is needed to keep the app from freezing after reading a few articles? Also, the app pages jump around, video crashes pages.
The website via browser works better, tho lots of ad clutter causes pages to freeze some too.

I’ve actually stopped patronizing a couple of businesses just for running their tedious gasbag ads on this app. I don’t care about the overacting nonunion talent with a severe Revere accent pretending to have an orgasm over your shingle sale when I’m trying to see if a tornado is coming toward my house. If you accidentally click away and have to restart the video, you might as well off yourself because you’re in for an advertising double feature. It’s like the developers have never used the Internet. Also the map is crap.
