I have been Shutterfly customer for 6-7 years... just found out PopsaPrintYourPhotos and was delightfully surprised. For me time is priceless. I made my holidays gifts - a photo book and a calendar - and placed my orders within 20 min without any stress or disappointment (when you spend your precious time, energy, use maximum level of your creativity to make an album and suddenly a system stops working loosing your entire project)...
I like PopsaPrintYourPhotos very much, have everything I needed. Of course, Shutterfly has a variety of backgrounds and more choices of decoration but they overpriced their shipping, often they make free book offer but doesn’t follow it and when they have a lot of “Traffickers” it is easy to lose your project for “rush hours”. Nobody likes to start over something they have already almost completed. Way to go, guys! I am in. Thanks a lot!

I ordered 7 books (spending over $500) thru PopsaPrintYourPhotos. In the beginning I was pleased. The process was easy, things shipped timely. 5 of the 7 books printed correctly and good quality. HOWEVER, 2 of my books had the covers swapped, therefore the pictures in the book were not for the person intended on the cover. I emailed (as there is NO other way to contact any support for PopsaPrintYourPhotos) customer service ASAP, the day I got the first misprinted book. Two days later I got an email asking me to send pics of the book (to prove it was incorrect) and it would be looked into. I did so quickly. That’s the last I have heard from anyone, and now can not get a reply email. I have emailed numerous times to no avail. Given there’s no human to call, all I can assume is I’m out $160 and Christmas presents for my Mom and Dad. I will NOT be ordering thru PopsaPrintYourPhotos again, and will be passing along to friends and family my experience to discourage their use as well. I had actually recommended PopsaPrintYourPhotos to my sister in the beginning. I am perplexed how a mistake made on their part, that could be easily fixed has been dismissed. Customer service says a lot about a company. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I bought an 8”x6” (medium) hardback photobook and filled it with memories from the past year. I used about 130 pictures spread over 60 pages (which is a lot more than the default 20). Even though I had almost three times as many pages as the regular amount, they had no issues producing the book, and the final product is great. It looks exactly like the 3D preview in PopsaPrintYourPhotos and I absolutely love it.
The interface for designing the books is also great. It’s easy to use and I had a great time arranging the pictures in a way that looks great, sometimes putting several on one page or some that are weirdly shaped or different sizes. It was very easy to customize with colors as well. I tried a bunch of different photobooks apps before I landed on this one, because the design and previews all looked the best.

Over the course of a year I have been dropping photos of my granddaughter into this album. I was able to make changes to the layout, order of photos and sizing anytime through the process. PopsaPrintYourPhotos lets you know if your photos do not have the best resolution for printing. It was very easy to use and I was able to create a memory book of her first year of life and write a sentiment at the beginning of the book. Although I have not received the finished product, I am happy with how simple it was to produce a hardcover picture book. I have used other apps to create similar products and this one is by far the least expensive.

I really do love PopsaPrintYourPhotos. But I got disappointed with my 2nd order. I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted to give this to my parents (who are visiting from another country) as a Christmas gift. I had to get my order in before Jan 10th. On Jan 9th, I messaged them asking where my order was and they replied the next day that there was an issue on their end so it won’t be arriving on time and did not even apologize or give me a refund for my expedited shipping. I had to ask for it and again, did not apologize for the inconvenience that they caused me. I get that it’s the holidays, but they could’ve let me know it wasn’t going to be here on time, or better yet, don’t put an “expedited shipping” option if they cannot deliver it on time. So disappointing. I really loved PopsaPrintYourPhotos so much but this just destroyed it for me.

Love PopsaPrintYourPhotos for making photo books! It’s the easiest and least frustrating one I have found to work with. I managed to fit 2 months worth of photos into a 24 page book! Something strange does happen sometimes with my Google photos not uploading correctly towards the end of the project, but other than that it worked well. If you are able to fix this glitch, that would be awesome!! Also would recommend creating the option to move an entire page to a different location(for example: take page 9 and move it to page 14)

I wanted to save all the pictures I took this year of my son’s Freshman Football season. I had a ton of them and wanted an easy way to put them in a collection as a memory for him. I found Popsa and was able to make a photo book for him with 20 pages of photos- all in under 10 min! The instructions on how to create a book and edit were so easy to understand and I was amazed how quickly I was done and how well it turned out. I will definitely be using Popsa to create photo book memories on a regular basis- they made it so quick and easy!!

Haven’t received book yet so will update about quality. I only tried it because it said you got 30 additional pages free. When you ck out it automatically gives you 20% off for being new customer but negates free pages. Thought free pages would save more but the credit it showed was not even as much as I was charged for 20+ extra pages. Too much time already invested so I took the 20% off and gave up on the rest. I hope the quality is good as I did end up paying more than I had anticipated spending. Shutterfly more economical so I hope this is great quality to compensate for the price difference.

So easy to create a book anywhere you are!! If you have a few minutes, you can create one on your phone. You just drag the pictures from your phone to PopsaPrintYourPhotos . So easy! Popsa made every step so easy from adding pictures to adding text to adding background colors. And when something wasn’t right, their customer service was awesome. I made a mistake and they allowed me to correct it and sent me a new free book! Fabulous app, fabulous customer service! I will use them again and again.

I have not run into any manor problems using Popsa. Simple to use and decent pricing options.

You chose your type of photo printing: book, prints, or calendar. Then chose your photos.

I have only ever used Popsa for photo book printing so I’m not sure about the others but for the photo book you chose photos, the type of book, hard cover, soft cover, or booklet. Then Popsa arranges the photos you chose on the photo book automatically. Switching formats, layouts colors and adding text captions is simple to do.

The only cumbersome thing is when you want to change out a picture you can either move it up or down to another picture in the book or swap it out. When you swap it out it will take you back to your entire camera roll and have you chose a whole other picture. It would be more helpful if it would take you to a bank of the original photos you chose at the beginning to swap out instead of back to your entire camera roll.

This was my first attempt at using Popsa to create a Photo Album (2, actually) and a Calendar. I am older, and I am NOT of the computer generation. But unlike a condescending young buck 'talking down' to me and tell me "it's easy," instead, the Popsa app presented and taught me the steps as I went along. I couldn't believe how easy it was to create such a special set of gifts, gifts that I couldn't imagine getting at such a reasonable price! No one should hesitate for a nanosecond to get PopsaPrintYourPhotos and start making some really special keepsakes.

I know what I’m going to say will make me sound like a typical stupid boyfriend but here it goes::

I had a blast making my girlfriend a picture book of our dogs. I didn't realize how tough it really is to design one of these. 21 pics took me literally 5 hours. Unbelievably challenging trying to decide the flow and like themes and stuff? It’s crazy.
Anyways, I definitely owe my high school and college girlfriends a sincere apology for when they gave one of these to me. I absolutely didn’t appreciate it.

Popsa is an easy to use App you can use on your phone to make awesome professional photo books for your coffee table. My family enjoys hiking in our beautiful National Parks and have many photos in our phones of our adventures. Now we can share our photos with guests and relive our memorable trips without scrolling through thousands of photos on our phone.
It only took minutes to prepare our books, days to take delivery, and now we have memories that will be handed down for years to come.

I have used Popsa now for about 9 months. I order a photo book from them every month to document my daughter’s first year. I have not been disappointed. In addition to having high quality/low price photo books, their customer service is amazing. I recently had an issue with a delayed order which was not their fault but UPS’s and they offered to reprint and ship my lost order at no cost to me! I will continue to use Popsa for all my photo book needs in the future.

Have just ordered my 5th and 6th picture books of my great grandchildren. Obviously I was pleased with their quality and ease in setting up and ordering. Thank you, Popsa! These picture books make wonderful gifts ie that son-in-law who is so hard to buy for, grandmother who needs nothing, a dear friend. If you keep your pictures in digital albums they are easy to source. Also I love that I'm able to move them around ( like birth order or event order) This is all so easy and the result is top notch!

This is perfect for right now - when my father hasn’t seen his grandchildren in a long time! I made a book with lot’s of our favorite pictures and sent it for Christmas.
He talks and talks about it and wants to know the story for each picture. We just made another for Valentines Day. This is a small price to pay for something that gives hours of fond memories to an elderly person who has not been able to do very much in the last year.

I wanted to change layout of pictures on a page and rearrange photos but couldn’t or couldn’t find out how to do so. Also, I wanted glossy prints on pages and couldn’t find the option . The site had no instructions on how one could navigate it. Also, I wanted to arrange pictures in correct order myself, but the site didn’t seem to offer that option nor did it offer multiple page layouts to choose from. I ordered book anyway to see what it would look like and to check out the quality. I was very disappointed in the workings and navigatability of this website.

I have held back from turning my phone pictures into books in the past. Thankfully, I took the time to play with Popsa. PopsaPrintYourPhotos was so simple to use and the picture quality was beautiful. I am perfectly happy with the product. I have immediately made my second book after the first book showed up in the mail. My first book was safely wrapped and very quick time from order to delivery. I can’t wait to see my second book!

Yes your app and chat live is horrible. I tried deleting a picture from your website and it wouldn't do it. But also your website says that your order is on hold fr an hour to make changes. That is not true. My order was put in within 5 mins so I couldn't make any changes to my order at all. This was very disappointing because I wanted to remove number 5 picture which is a knecklace from the all the pictures and I couldn't. And your chat lady couldn't help me either. So I would like to have a discount toward my order please. Since your website screwed up on my first order with your company please. My order has already been processed. Thanks!!!

I have used several different companies to make photo books for vacations and special events. Popsa has exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them to my friends! I LOVE the color quality of all my pictures and the book sizes are perfect. I just ordered another book today, and will continue to print many more books in the future.

Popsa printing - amazing quality! Beautiful books, printed and mailed so fast! PopsaPrintYourPhotos is easy to use, it allows creativity and very self explanatory. The books are also mailed with care in a protective classy envelope all the way from England to Los Angeles - my books were here in 8 days!!! The help and customer support for Popsa is also 💯❗️wonderful. They are extremely supportive of all and any questions, their response time is fast! It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I will be printing many more books with them.

Using PopsaPrintYourPhotos was so easy. I honestly couldn’t remember which picture came first...but for some reason the program put them together in perfect alignment for the trip. A big “Thank you” to the programmers who I’m sure worked very hard to put this program together

You absolutely need to be able to view the book (not the same layout you’ve been designing from for days) as an actual book before you pay for it. You also be able to add multiple pictures more than once! There are other apps out there that make it way easier to make photo books. Once you order, can’t make any changes and canceling an order is impossible!! Was told they’d cancel for me; they absolutely did not cancel my order! No way for me to cancel either. Now, not only did I pay twice, I didn’t get the discount for being a first time user. They owe me $88!!! I’d like my money back please!!

PopsaPrintYourPhotos is the easiest I’ve ever used to make a photo book! I didn’t have to wait for photos to load, it was easy to do the layout, I didn’t have to wait long for anything, and the book I ordered is absolutely gorgeous! The only problem is, the next day I got an email about my book not being able to be printed because the photos didn’t load. On PopsaPrintYourPhotos , my book looks amazing, but for some reason the company doesn’t seem to have the photos. I’m still waiting to see if/when I will get my book.

I ordered mine for my boyfriend for Christmas and it was the cutest book ever! PopsaPrintYourPhotos is so easy to use, you can easily move your photos around from page to page, the customer support is exceptional. They take a few days to respond but I’m in the US and they’re UK based. I am completely thrilled to keep ordering from Popsa.

It was important to me to have a keepsake to remember our family trip of a lifetime. PopsaPrintYourPhotos was easy for me because all my photos were on my phone. The only part of PopsaPrintYourPhotos That could be improved would be to add a narrative to the photos. Thank you for PopsaPrintYourPhotos. Much easier to navigate than Shutterfly.

That paper quality is bad, I preffer thicker stock, the print was horrible very hazy...color also bad. My pics are grainy and they were taken with go Pro cameras. not happy with my book. Its hard to get a hold of anyone for customer service. Or any questions. I sent an email and never received a response. Not many options when it comes to building the book, no options for finishes (matt or gloss) or binding. Theres better option out there. Stick with Shutterfly for quality and overall satisfaction.

I used to enjoy creating photo books on my iPad using iPhoto, however, Apple eliminated this functionality. Since then, I have tried a variety of photo book apps for iPad and found Popsa to have the nicest layouts. This iPad app is easy to use and the photo books turn out nicely.

I ordered a photo book from Popsa and paid for overnight shipping as i needed it quickly. They allow you to use up to 90 characters for captions in the photo books. However, when I received it, a majority of the captions were cut off and unreadable. Accidents happen so i reached out to customer service. There has been no response, i have tried reaching out twice now to no avail. I was forced to go elsewhere for the book since i need it promptly and was getting nowhere with customer service.

Very user friendly and affordable pricing compared to other sites. I was able to adjust, move around photos, edit, and check out without any problems! Excited to get my photo book, thank you!

PopsaPrintYourPhotos literally is just a click away from creating and securing memories from my phone. No more trips to stores to buy albums and have photos printed. Was lying in bed and accomplished two birthday albums of my kids in less than 15 mins. DONE and DONE.

I was excited to find PopsaPrintYourPhotos. I’ve been wanting to create a photo album but didn’t have the time. PopsaPrintYourPhotos made it so quick & easy to do! I’m anxious to receive the album and hoping it’s great quality!

I was so excited with my first book but I was rapidly disappointed with subsequent books. Product is ok, the order process is the problem. I ordered one copy for a new order, I received an empty box. I let Popsa know, then received one of the previous order (never have received the book-requested). Meantime placed a third order; ordered two books, received 3. Tried to clear up all the orders; they assured me it would be taken care of. Received someone else’s photos with my cover. I’m done!

Easy to navigate and move pictures around very simple creating the book... However I wish I could of added titles to each page. So whoever this book is gifted too would be able to look back and see who is in each photo...
