Unable to connect mobile to tv. I have catvision set top box. In past it's connect with mobile but now wifi connect with same mobile but When open DLNA mode on in tv and open tubio app in mobile play YouTube any video but tv not show in app only streaming round round run.

Dear Bill freezes once I open it. You can't select movies you can't do anything it freezes. I uninstalled and reinstalled on my TV still the same behavior. Was working last week this week not working

How to fix Tubio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tubio app on iPhone
Update Tubio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tubio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tubio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tubio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tubio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tubio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tubio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tubio » click [Force Stop]

Update Tubio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tubio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tubio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tubio.

Fix Tubio unable to contact server/ Tubio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tubio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tubio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
