- App updates can cause parts of the app to break

- Period cycle tracking is unintuitive

- Limited ability to create custom categories for tracking impact of specific activities, food, supplements, etc.

- Forgetting to end workouts can be an issue

- Strap frequently loses connection with the app and requires cycling power on phone to reconnect

App send notifications like it's still working. But when opening the app the screen stays on whoop. Updated phone, reinstalled the app. Log in screen worked butnl right back to no loading.

Every time i start up my whoop app it crashes. Have removed and reinstalled app and powered down/restarted phone, still same problem.

How to fix WHOOP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WHOOP app on iPhone
Update WHOOP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WHOOP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WHOOP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WHOOP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WHOOP Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WHOOP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WHOOP App
1. On android, goto Settings » WHOOP » click [Force Stop]

Update WHOOP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WHOOP App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WHOOP » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WHOOP.

Fix WHOOP unable to contact server/ WHOOP internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WHOOP » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WHOOP » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
