Whenever you feel you need to trade using SNB capital application you will face technical issues. Big failure poor quality and way below expectations.

SNBCapital simply doesn’t work. It asks for an update then freezes. Worthless.

Can't transfer money after selling.. shows error massge: cash withdraw is not allowed !!

Please update for iPhone X

SNBCapital rate is 1 of 10 and it is not as good as the first app
So please stop working on it
And let’s keep the old one

SNBCapital does not happen continuously and the prices are not real

One of the worst trading application. If you respect your customers, you should come up with better application.

I don’t think I will use an app that is worse than this👎🏻👎🏻

The application is bad it’s slow and doesn’t work I hope u update it.

A note requesting to update SNBCapital while there is no available update !!! I am using iPhone 11 Pro

I use this and NCB online and can’t believe they’re both offered by the same bank. Can you please ask the team that did the NCB app to fix this one? Feels outdated and not user friendly

I keep getting an error when trying to login……I had to delete and reinstall. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

عدلوا التطبيق ، يطلب من التحديث لبعض المكونات ثم يعلق البرنامج ولا يفعل أي شيء ، ونحن على هذه الحالة من أسبوع

App is cropped from the bottom and it’s limiting.
A lot of stuff can’t be accessible because of that.

التطبيق جيد جداً و أستغرب من تعليقات اللي مو قادرين يسجلوا دخول ، شغالين مع التطبيق ١٠٠٪؜ و الحمد لله و من أفضل تطبيقات التداول بين بنوك السعودية من خلال تجربة أكثر من بنك .. لكن لا يعني أنه لا توجد ملاحظات :

- في قسم المحفظة بعض المعلومات مكتوبة باللون الأخضر الغامق أو الأحمر و الخلفية رصاصي غامق !!! قراءة الأرقام تكون صعبة جداً ، نرجوا منكم تحسين الألوان و ما راح يكلفكم شي .

- مباشر مجاني و تحديث سريع للأسعار و هذا شيء جميل جداً و تُشكرون عليه ، لكن أحياناً الأسعار تعلق ، مثلاً الساعة ٢ يظهر آخر تحديث للأسعار الساعة ١١ و السعر معلق . تضطر وقتها تحذف التطبيق و تنزله من جديد حتى يضبط لأنه تسجيل خروج و دخول ما يحل المشكلة .

- نأمل إضافة خيار لعرض ملخص الربح أو الخسارة الشهري المحقق بناءاً على عمليات البيع لذلك الشهر . حالياً لو المحفظة فيها أسهم ما بعتها يحسبها كأنها خسارة في ملخص العمليات لأن مبلغها محجوز ، حتى لو كنت نفذت صفقات أخرى و مجملاً كسبان .
