How to fix SAT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SAT app on iPhone
Update SAT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SAT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SAT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SAT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

SAT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SAT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SAT app issues:

Force Stop the SAT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SAT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SAT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SAT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SAT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SAT.

Fix SAT unable to contact server/ SAT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SAT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SAT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SAT on android.
