Wire • Secure Messenger Status

Latest Android, latest Wire. Upgraded a few months ago from a Pixel3aXL to a Pixel8. Cannot make or receive voice or video calls since the upgrade.

”One, moment please” and its loading and loading for ever?? This happened after update. Please help. It won’t start

Hi, Having issue on Samsung Android 13, got continuously the notification "WAITING FOR NETWORK" while all other apps work perfectly and nothing seems to be wrong in my network settings. Any idea? Kind regards

hello, I have been using your app for a while, and it is not working very well lately, Sometimes, when some of my contacts text me, I recieve their messages but they dont receive mine when I text them back

I updated my linux OS from MX-21 to MX-23 (debian 12 based) I used wire in Ferdium app. Does not work anymore. Blank screen. reset delete clear cache, no luck. In my firefox browser the same. Does not start.. All up to date. Now I installed the wire app on my android phone and it works. But not on my laptop.

The new version 4.2.0(6916513)-prod no loner allows timed deletions of messeges. This means messages could will remain on there server indefinitely.

When I accept an invite, I get a message that says, wait until internet service is restored. What does that mean

My screen is blank/white. I can log on and all but screen is blank. CAn't see messages nor contacts.

I cannot see pictures sent to me (though I could until last week) but I can see pictures I send to others. This is only on a PC; I can see them fine on Android phone.

My Wire account seems fine, but the friend I video call is unable to start or sign-in to his Wire account. He clicks icon for Wire and gets immediate error about 'server not available' or something similar, regarding the server error. I told him to reboot his PC, then restart Wire, but same resulting server error message recurs. This person has no idea about PC's and cannot help himself. Any idea about 'server not available' or similar error? Thank you. C.M. King

When someone sends mea gif I can’t see it, but I can see the gifs I send.
