When are you going to offer a promo?? Right now you should be offering -at minimum- a free month. It’s frustrating that I would get an email about the impending eclipses, explaining how it’s going to add to the chaos, with a list of meditations that I have to pay for. It’s like you’re using fear and the exacerbation of already-existing anxiety to promote your product and gain members, which is a direct contradiction to the foundational teachings of this practice. It’s a really tacky way to do business and as long as that’s your business model, I’ll never pay for your services.

I heard during 21 day meditation challenge that app is not free. When I download it from App Store, it doesn’t ask me to approve any payment. So is it free or after I download it, do I get hot? It’s very disappointing to see a spiritual app doesn’t follow ethical practices of informing us as to what we are signing up for. I installed the app but deleted within mins when the app forces me to hit “continue” for tracking the location of where I use the app. I know where I’m while using it, why does the app need that? Not giving me an option to say “no” to tracking really turns me off and I uninstalled it asap. Until I get that choice I won’t be using this app. Unfortunate as I wanted to use it for daily meditation. PLEASE CLARIFY if the app is free or not to begin with instead of locking me into something without my explicit permission🙏🏼

I used to love this app, it was perfect! Then came a big update where the appearance totally changed. It feels really cumbersome to start a meditation since you now have to scroll down, manually set an ending bell (I’ve forgotten a few times and so I’ve gone over my time), and I have to manually input my time since it’s no longer one of the preset times. The overall effect it has now is being clunky to use, where before you opened the app and tapped a few buttons. Very simple. If the programmers are dead set on keeping this layout, it would be nice to have an option where you can save your preferred settings.
