I got the sleep pill and was disappointed. Although the guy has a nice, kind of Irish, sounding voice, I thought the music was too fast, too repetitive, and too loud compared to his voice. I also thought he talked to fast. To turn down the music enough to not be too loud I could barely hear the voice. I had to concentrate so much on understanding what he was saying that I couldn't relax. Other apps let you control the separate volumes of voice and music, this one won't. I want my $4 for the pill back.

I appreciate and have enjoyed the sessions I’ve purchased but they're too expensive to have to put up with background noise. At 22 minutes into the Sanctuary Pill a dog barks a few times in the background. It takes away from the session and brings down the quality of the recording. I’ve reached out by email to see if the producers would be open to re-recording without the dog, but no answer.

I use this app nearly every night to help calm me or motivate me for the next day! It probably was part of the reason I scored so well in my University classes this semester.
Unfortunately, it does seem that mindful minutes have stopped being collected but I’m not sure when it stopped. In my Apple health app, it doesn’t have anything recorded after the beginning of November and inside the Digipill app it says I haven’t recorded any sessions all year. I know for a fact that’s untrue seeing as I used it twice last night (well I guess once last night and once in the morning).
Once mindful minutes works again, I’ll be more than happy to give it 5 stars :)
