Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Rave app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Rave app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rave app on iPhone
Update Rave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rave iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rave on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rave network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Rave not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rave app issues:

Force Stop the Rave App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rave app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rave App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rave app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rave.

Fix Rave unable to contact server/ Rave internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rave » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rave » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rave on android.
