LincolnFinancial and website are useless

This is just a glorified skin of their website, with less functionality. It’s slower than the website too.

Just downloaded thanks to promotional email. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. Like many others in the reviews, I get a blank screen and cannot log in.

I am confused as to the high average reviews on here - perhaps they are paid/“curated”. LincolnFinancial is borderline unusable and is missing many features that Fidelity/Schwab have. It is basically a re-skinned mobile website and they are calling it an app. Even QTD/YTD return percentages cannot be calculated correctly. Very few app features.

The only reason to ever deal with this company is if you have a retirement plan through your employer and even then it’s borderline changing jobs just to not have to deal with LFg. Their website is horrible, app even worse, customer service is a joke and their investment platform is laughable. You’ve been warned

LincolnFinancial severely lacks basic functionality and does not work as it should. Every time I attempt I activate FaceID it says that there was a problem with the system.

I previously worked for Charles Schwab as a broker and their 401k app is 100x better than Lincoln’s. I want to see simple reports on performance, holdings or activity but nothing is available.

I only use LincolnFinancial/provider because it is the one designated by my employer to receive the benefit. Glad I kept my 401k from my previous employers rolled over at Schwab.

Compared to competitors it’s lacking so man improvements as for user friendliness. The worst system when it comes to withdrawal or moving money. The plenty review before mine have went in to detail about the improvements needed.

My personal experience has been spot on with every bad review. On top of that they sent a check I didn’t ask for then I couldn’t cash it. So the emergency I needed money for came and went so I was out of luck. Should have been a direct deposit but the chose to do what they wanted with out reaching out to me. Then did nothing to rectify their mistake didn’t even consider expediting the funds they said they couldn’t when I asked. This is by far the worst and if my job didn’t do business with them I wouldn’t be here. So I’m stuck. Terrible software and customer support.

After entering credentials to log in LincolnFinancial won’t open. There is just a small spinning circle that never progresses to the dashboard.

Just downloaded LincolnFinancial and logged in to my account. Doesn’t show anything but a white screen.

It’s just a red screen for me. No updates available. No option to click on anything. Is LincolnFinancial dead?

LincolnFinancial is moody. Sometimes you can login and everything works just fine (i.e., you can get the info you need). Sometimes you try to sign in and you get a blank screen. Sometimes a gray screen. So, I call LincolnFinancial “moody.” It all depends on what side of the bed LincolnFinancial woke up on!

Very user friendly mobile device that allows me to check my balance, make contribution changes, and see performance information at the click of a button! Can also request assistance from an RC right from LincolnFinancial as well. Once Lincoln updates their form capability to be fillable from my mobile device, LincolnFinancial will earn 5 stars in my opinion!

I like LincolnFinancial and how easy it is to use and find the information I need.

LincolnFinancial was easy to set up and the recent updates are a nice improvement. I am able to access my account, check the balance, adjust contribution amount, and see goal progression. It also allows access to my full web-based account if needed.

I’ve been using LincolnFinancial and complaining about it for years. I’m glad to see that they have finally made improvements and improved the usability of LincolnFinancial . Love that they also finally got Biometrics. It looks clean, I can easily navigate and get the information I need when I need it.

App does the job, complements fantastic customer service through my dedicated Lincoln retirement consultant.

Gives me what I need on my retirement plan. Easy to use and I appreciate apps that let me log on by face recognition.

The Lincoln Financial Group app allows me to stay focused on my long term goal of retirement. It provides me with the details I seek in an easy to understand manner. My favorite feature is that it tells me if I am on target to hit my financial goals. I use LincolnFinancial all the time and love it!

LincolnFinancial is so much better than it was when it first launched! I can pretty much do everything I could want (except launch a loan, which I’d honestly rather talk to someone about first). And enabling Face ID makes it much easier and faster to get into!
